Affordable Appliance was recommended to me by a friend. The service person was quick, professional and was able to address the issue with my Maytag dryer. He had what he thought he would need, according to my description of the issue, and was able to take care of it right away. I had a second unrelated issue with the same dryer and, again, quick service and reasonable cost for the visits! Thank you, Mike and Sam!!!

Michael is the only tech I have ever dealt with and every interaction has been professional, kind, and fair. He has repaired our washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and wall oven (multiple times) and has even offered advice when it was finally time to replace an appliance. We have had him into our home multiple times over the last four years (due to shoddy appliances- not his previous repair jobs) and I wouldn't trust anyone else at this point.

Although I was not able to use them due to our having a GE- They spent almost 20 min on the phone assisting me. I will be changing out my brand and using them when needed.

I contacted them with a request for a part. The technician got back to me promptly unfortunately I was unavailable. He called me two more times. Then I called them to cancel my request because I was able to fix it on my own. And he called back to confirm the cancellation. This kind of Customer service is amazing. Since I wasn't asking for anything big, I'm surprised they even answered my request at all. I look forward to using them in the future. Good customer service as a reflection on their work ethic.

Run from this company. We waited over a month for Affordable Appliance to come finish fixing our refrigerator but never fixed our dishwasher. What we were charged was more than what was quoted/ discussed and dishwasher was not fixed. The owner has very poor communication and people skills. I'm all about supporting small business but this company does not follow through with their job.

My refrigerator quit working a couple months ago. The repair man came up and had it fixed in no time. Been working fine ever since. It's a good outfit and they'll get my business in the future.

Very accommodating company. Called a nice lady and explained the problem with my Whirlpool washer. She said she would relay the message to her tech and he would call back. The tech returned my call very timely. We discussed the problem and the part I needed. He said he could order the part. Rather than order the part right away, he told me a possible solution. Following his instructions, I was able to remedy my problem without a new part. Would recommend this company as, they could have just ordered the part and not given me incite as to how to fix it. Thank you.
