“Attn truck drivers delivering: very friendly and efficient staff when delivering trailers, even though it’s a very spacious place, overnight parking is not allowed for reasons beyond KMR Trailer wills, there’s a scenic/rest area about 6 miles north on ID 97, I parked around 8:30 and there was still plenty of parking.”

“My wife and i were driving through Redmond Oregon a few days ago and had a check engine light come on in our Diesel pusher. I called and spoke with Sterling the Service Manager and she was able to get me in first thing the next morning for a computerized diagnosis. They found the issue within a few hours along with a few other things like a coolant hose with a very small leak and some wiring that was showing signs of heat exposure "they were routed too close to the turbo by the motorhome manufacturer", provided me pictures, presented me with a detailed quote, ordered the needed parts from Portland, had them delivered there the next day, performed the repairs the following day and had us on the road early that afternoon.
The quote they gave me was fair and very close to the final bill.
I cant remember the mechanic's name and its part of their procedure to do so, but thank you for taking the extra time to look for other potential issues.

I had had my oil change recently and did not need another today, however, Nicola mentioned the “top treatment” for my next oil change. I will do that, as it will flush out impurities and will be cost effective in the long run. During these inflationary times I appreciate an honest, reliable source, like Walmart auto in Redmond, OR.
