Extremely unhelpful. Incorrect address on a package. Spent 30 full minutes on the phone to " customer service" trying to get a house# changed, because you can't call this depot directly. UPS customer service told me to have the recipient go pick it up, with her Mom, as she's only 7. Depot refused to give her the package, as I didn't attempt to change the address online. I DID, and followed the directions of THEIR corporate customer service, in sending my niece to get the package. Said " their policies have changed." In the 72 hours since I spoke to their customer service?

Next day delivery and they paid more from in state and 2 days later still not here. No tracking information except being processed in Albany... joke of a company! I'm pissed

good lord UPS is a horrible company. I recently received a UPS express saver package from overseas, and it was assessed a $100 'brokerage fee' on top of the $30.00 shipping rate. When trying to call 'customer service' to get to the bottom of why this fee was added, I've literally spent hours on then phone getting bounced around between unhelpful customer service bots and customer service agents who can barely speak english. Still havent figured out what the fee is for.

Went here to pick up a package I accidentally had shipped to my old address. They had my package and I was in and out quickly. Had no problems and it was easy. Thanks!

Nice office is place. Drivers are hit and miss. I Had to pick up a package because they did not ring my doorbell to sign and Left the note in my driveway. Yes the middle of my driveway on the circular flower bed, Not on my door. Was fortunate to find the note, I Was not happy with the driver. Not say they are all bad but this one was lazy.

My UPS Driver delivered a package to the wrong address. This happens on occasion. Their service is bad. Use something else.3/4/23Update, Amazon used them to deliver a package to my house, but again, the UPS driver just couldn't do it. I just called amazon to cancel. I'm not going to run all around town trying to find where you delivered my package to. Your service is the worst here in Albany. I will be praying for you for sure! You need all the help you can get. After all, you have just one job! And you have NEVER done it for me, not once. You need heavenly help ASAP! Because nothing, short of a miracle will save you!

UPS is a terrible shipping service with even worse customer service. Their drivers will lie about the delivery and claim the delivery was refused if they don't want to deliver the parcel. Then when you try to track down the package there is no way to talk to a customer service agent. I would give them zero stars if I had the option.
