When I dropped off my Uhaul truck, I locked my phone in it and put the key into the drop box. Panicked, I called the owner who answered after hours and offered to meet me there to help me. Such an act of kindness. He went out of his way to solve a problem for a customer. Highly recommend this company.

Their automated payment system is great and their communication is absolutely wonderful. The facility is great!
