This pharmacy is scamming women out of birth control and lying about the laws around it - according to HB 3343 women have the right to 12 months of birth control at a time (fully covered by insurance) and the pharmacist (Rick) here has been refusing for years to fill more than 3 months. This is an issue I will be reporting to the state but I urge any women to get their medication ELSEWHERE.

Super nice staff and I liked the drive through feature. Only negative was that it took over 5 hours to get the prescriptions filled. Perhaps they were short staffed.

Like most pharmacies, more worried about money than health, yet the pharmacists still would like to be considered real "doctors".*see: "Do no harm"They encouraged me to take a take gamble on having a stroke and go without my Rx a few days until the insurance kicked in.Wish me luck.

I went here on September 13, 2023. A lady named Tyler took my prescription, could not have been nicer, couldn't get the prescription, in Medford! When, I returned Madris, hope I got her name, got my rx with a smile. Except for 1 other place, this pharmacy and the employees couldn't have been better. They also answer the phone, a real person, not a million choices, not a computer!!!! Medford pharmacies, could learn from this pharmacy in Talent! Thank you for making for making my day!!

Excellent, it takes driving to Talent from Ashland for me but that's shorter than the lines in the local pharmacies. They were able to get me prescriptions that the local pharmacies could not, or would take weeks. Nice customer service and helpful pharmacist.

I loved the fact that there was a pharmacy in my little town, until I began using them. It's been a constant struggle to fight for the staff to use my secondary insurance when my primary isn't authorized. Matter of fact, I've been charged more times than not when all they needed to do was use my secondary. I don't know if they need more training on this, but whenever I bring it up, it becomes a several day struggle. Ugh.My other frustrations are not receiving Rx notifications that my meds are filled and unfortunately it can be a slow go when waiting in line. I really hope they can iron out these kinks bc Talent needs them.*Bonus, the young drive-thru guy has always been very friendly.
