When fixing it they noticed a crack in the bumper they replaced it. They did the second repair at no cost to me. Very happy to deal with a business that stands by the work.”

“My friends and I, on our long and treacherous road trip to Mexico, were having some serious trouble with the Thule on the top of our car. Picture the most atrocious piercing noise you can possibly imagine, and then multiply that by 100. Any time we would go above 70mph, our ears began to bleed. We stopped at Pacific Rack as a our one and only hope, and not only was the employee Logan extremely sexy, but he fixed our problems free of charge. Service was 10/10, and the employee was an 11. Would highly reccomend”
