Received my parcel to find that the majority of what was in it was missing. Careless on the part of USPS. Will there be accountability?

Seriously this is that post office where everybody knows everybody. Next to the school and apartments. But If I'm in need to mail something in Sweet Home. I'm going to this one! Super convenient and small!
