I blew a set of bearings on a trailer while coming down out of the mountains and I called Pops garage and they weren’t able to help me because they weren’t around. Thom, was up in Redmond at the time and he suggested another place which was not able to help me and returned me to pops garage. I had been hesitant to leave my trailer because it just felt like an area where someone was going to break into it but I went into town on a Sunday because the parts shops were actually open and managed to get a replacement hub For the trailer. I figured it would be an easy install but it turned out that the bearing sheared off and welded to the I don’t know what it’s called. Let’s call a strut. I was there long enough that Tom, from pop garage stopped by on his way home to check on me and asked if I was the guy who called. I said yup he took a look at The situation and told me what I would need to do. Long story short I tried to get that piece off for an hour and then finally called him back and he came back out with the tools to knock the welded piece off and helped me out in the rain and charged me 50 bucks. Got to say I am extremely happy to have had the help! it would’ve taken me a lot longer and a trip to town to get additional tools to fix this on my own and I would’ve gotten the wrong tools. at home I could’ve done this with the grinder , on the side of the road, I was not prepared and pops garage definitely helped me out. Highly recommend!”
“My car was totaled and towed to the yard in my town. They had a number of cars for sale on their lot, but the Mini Cooper caught my eye. The business has a mechanic shop as well, so they've been able to work out some issues on this older car. This is a valued relationship!”
