The pharmacist and staff are always courteous and knowledgeable. They have done a remarkable job handling all of the new customers that they acquired when one of the other pharmacies in town shut down. I would highly recommend this pharmacy!

Standing here in line as we speak. 2 women working and neither could acknowledge me at all until I asked if they are even open. Stood here for another few minutes and when my boyfriend walked up he asked what was going on and I repeated that I was also wondering if they were open. Responded to with "like I said we are busy". Well you never responded the first time with any explanation so we don't know what's going on..... Definitely need some customer service training in this place. Communication people!!!

just today I went in Safeway in Sweet Home and a checker named Leana, she sits in a chair while she checks which is fine with me only pointing it out for reference. she was so rude to me today. had an issue with my safeway app which isn't uncommon. she rings it up. it's supposed to be less than $2. I say those are supposed to be 97 cents each. she says we'll, you need to clip it in your app. I said I had, she stares at me for a couple seconds and then days, it won't work if you have already clipped and bought it. I said, i haven't bought it yet. she then stares at me again for a few seconds with an irritated look. then says, I'll fix it this one time but you have to clip it next time. I just stop replying by this time. she then hands me the receipt and won't even look at me anymore. she was being completely rude and I don't understand why because I have been in her line before lots of times and she was decent enough. I don't know if she was having a bad day but the whole interaction made me super uncomfortable and made me feel completely unwelcome. I don't think I will get back in her line anytime soon.

The pharmacy staff are unattended, always on their phone, use and take way to long. I have never had such bad service from medical staff.

Takes a day or two pick up meds that the doctor will send over. Very slow and far behind. If you need something now I do not recommend. Waited a day and a half for meds I needed the same day the doctor prescribed them. Also any refills takes them nearly a week to feel. They are polite though. You can always call to try to boost your time frame. But it will still take a while.

I won’t go out if my way to leave a bad review somewhere unless I’m really tired of bad service. I am completely done with Safeway. The amount of times I’ve dealt with rude employees and even managers is ridiculous. It’s so sad that there are so many people there that have a hard time being decent.
You better keep an eye on your receipts as well. I’ve been overcharged so often. Once by $16 in one transaction. It makes me wonder how much money of mine they have gotten before without me noticing.
Today my husband was told, “If you could read, there’s a sign right here.”
Just rude.

I have been waiting for two weeks for my prescriptions I need to start taking them tomorrow for my colonoscopyI'm very upset about the delay and plan on going to another pharmacy as soon as possible

This is the most poorly operated pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of working with. There are three of us in my household with medications and this pharmacy has horrible customer service, aside from never having our medications ready. Doesn’t matter how polite and patient you try to be, they are rude and have literally told us “you’re out of luck. NEXT!” when something was their mistake. I have gotten notifications that my medications were ready for pickup, and then was told to do some shopping and they’d be ready in an hour or more. Then they gave me a different medication because the other one was out of stock… They asked me if I’d like to put my medication on auto refill and I said yes please. Called today because I am out, and they said they don’t even have it in queue. I’m trying to switch to the other local pharmacy, but Safeway won’t even return their correspondence so they can pull my prescriptions.

Been waiting days for my insulin. Thinking of getting an attorney and seeing what options are available. Nothing but issues with these people. The 2 speeds of super slow and pause is how they run things. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, I'm leaving first chance I can.

Slow and pharmacist doesn't seem to care at all. Went at 4. Sat in the waiting room over and hour after they told me would be ready at 2 pm. They had to call Dr in one of the 2 perscriptions. They forgot they put me in there to wait after I stood in line 2 times for 30 min each. Slow...uncaring

Even when the prescriptions are called in by the doctor for children or adults they will not fill them unless you call and tell them to. it's a shame Bi-Mart pharmacy left

Useless employees, can even fill a perscription even if it's from the day before. Literally all day to fill it but you can't get to it cause your "backed up" I don't have an hour for you to put 30 pills in a bottle? Lame managment or lame employees. But it's sweet home so I expect the staff to be half disabled anyways.
