My grandpa recommended LinnCo to me and I’m so glad I listened. I have to commend Kendra K for how incredibly professional, helpful, quick and kind she is. My husband called to ask a few questions and she was so proactive and started our process on the spot. She was very thorough and very smart. Im sure others there are great as well but I am just really grateful she was who we were able to work with. Will definitely recommend to others!

The safest place for your money is in Linn Co. Federal Credit Union! My husband and I have been a long time customer, as so are many of my family members. We all have been treated with respect and professionalism for many years including auto finance, personal loans, savings accounts, debit and credit cards too. The phone system and I-Talk system is accurate and always helpful , day or night!

My interactions with the people who work here has always been really good. They are kind and helpful.. I love the drive through where I can limit my interaction with others as I am old and on oxygen... thank you all for your work.

This credit union is horrible. I have had them for about four years and I cannot agree more with the other member reviews on this site. They hold no accountability for their mistakes. I was out on Short term disability and was told that i could do a skip payment and they would waive the 25.00 fee to complete the skip. When i went to make the next months payment the skip payment was never done. I called the credit union to get it figured out and was told due to them not having any notes on file that it never happened. I asked to be transferred to a manager. I was then transferred to their collection department not a manager to another lady who again said she is unable to honor a skip because if it wasn't documented it never happened. I advised that they need to start documenting if this is their process when a members account is not taken care of and causes financial stress and they do not want to take any accountability. I then told that lady that I want to speak to someone above her, she gave me no name just said ok and transferred me. I was put to a vm for a lady named carol. then left a message with someone they call the CEO "Carol" who knows if that's even real. I was then sent a text from a guy named Dave Workman, this was the best part! I called him back and he started talking like a car salesman real quick and thought i was buying and he tried to sell, "hey ill make the payment go away, but were not honoring the skip because its against our guidelines" and kept going on and on.... I told him I'm more worried about the missed payment on my credit report. Dave goes onto say "well I wouldn't really worry about your credit, it doesn't look that great anyway, I did a soft pull." Then he continued to say, "so lets get real here....I know you never talked to anybody here....you never talked to anyone and your making it up." Come to find out he wasn't even a manager who I talked to, he was an employee in the collections office.....this place is a mess and a joke. I am going higher. Do not bank with this credit union.

I went in late to open a checking account. The prossed me quickly but the senior manager did however make a mistake which she caught shortly after she made it.

The worst bank I've ever banked with. They do not take responsibility for their screws ups, its always the customers mistake. My mother banks with them, she verbally told the teller to deposit into checkings, some moron worker deposited into saving which caused numerous checks to bounce and left checkings in the negative. Instead of making it right with one of their members and take the time to sit down, they print off the entire month of November and send that home with her to deal with. Even though it was the banks screw up. DO NOT take the chance on an auto loan through them or setup any kind of account with Linn Co, constant headaches and frustration.

This place will rip you off! Don't go there. If you already do then watch your statements VERY closely.

The lady who was monitoring the front door could be a little nicer. Seemed as if she had to ask questions that were not reasonable and came off snobby when all I needed was to turn something in.

The last professional experience I believe is possible. The people inside are incompetent, unprofessional, downright rude awful people. The manager refuses to try and help anyone she feels isn't rich enough. You cant contact anyone if you need help with something. Their mobile banking website is atrocious. All around no good part to banking with the institution.

I would not recommend this credit union. They charge a ridiculous fee of 15.00 to pay by phone for loan payments. The fee goes up 5.00 per year. Also dont plan on having their loan departments work with you if your family is going through a difficult time. I would never open another loan of any kind with this credit union they are awful. Whats crazy is my wells fargo loan has way better customer service and flexibility than working with this credit union. My other credit union First Tech is awesome and I will be moving my auto loan as soon as we can.
