It’s a great bank if you want to sit in line for 20 minutes then have some person walk through the door and get helped without even waiting for 5 seconds. Don’t go to this bank better off going to the Keybank in Lebanon

I find this KeyBank convenient right off Hwy 20 and they are open hours that work for me. I come in once or twice a month to withdraw a little cash from my account, the teller is typically very friendly and happy. I never have to wait in a line, as when one begins to form another teller usually helps.During my quick trip today, I was greeted with a "hello welcome in" on my way in and only waited moments to be helped with my transaction which only took 3 minutes. I wish I received this kind of service at other banks I go too.

This bank has so many fees!! They lie!! Been at other banks for 15+ years and never have encountered the problems I have in just the short while I've been banking with these people!! They do not care about you or you being a satisfied customer!!!

At Sweethome KeyBank Kimberly is truly outstanding, she always goes out of her way to help others and she always makes me feel welcome. Truly if anyone deserves a promotion it would definitely be her! I wouldn't recommend any other bank over this one especially at this location! Thank you again Kimberly always having a positive smile and being so great! By far the best customer service I have ever received!

Been trying to set up an estate account for months with Mike. Never calls me back, never has any new info on what legal says. I have an account here that was had 8000 stolen in the form of a fraudulent check and deposit and bank didnt catch it or anything! I've decided that I'm going to changed banks once I get that money back! Very bad service!

NOT a realiable service,with fake promises, bought merchant services, mooved all my accounts to their bank ,they took money from my account, because of creppy services I returned the device,but can't get my money back fully. Refused by the employee, their names are Robin Cook and Heather Rodriguez,was very rude on phone.

I came in a while ago and I don't remember who I was talking to but she had blonde/white hair and she was VERY rude to me. I just came in to asked a couple questions about the bank and I was being pretty friendly but she was just not having it apparently. Was a very unwelcoming experience. This was also my first impression on the Key Bank since I am currently looking for a bank to use and quite frankly I will definitely choose a different bank to do buisness with if this is how they treat people. I asked others what they thought about it and they too have said that they had problems with this rude blonde. The last thing I need is to have someone with a bad attitude handling my money!
