be warned it can take over 3 days to get medication from this pharmacy, when putting in transfer requests also be warned that sometimes the pharmacy technicians don't do their jobs and don't send the requests or follow up on the requests they do send. I don't know if this is because of individuals or the system of this pharmacy but it is highly inefficient. after over 15 phone calls back and forth between different pharmacies it is still unfathomable the inefficiency of these systems.

Economy Drugs is by far the best pharmacy I've ever used. Starting with the speed of filling the prescriptions, the prompt notifications, reminder notifications to refill and the customer service is above all others.My wife and I just had the worst experience someone can imagine in today's world. When we arrived home we noticed one of the prescriptions was missing and promptly called and spoke with pharmacist Jamie. Jamie confirmed that everything on their end showed that we had left with it however that wasn't true. Approximately 20 minutes later there's a knock on our door and it's Jaime with the missing med!Thank you again Jaime and Economy Drugs. And for everyone else if your in the area this is the pharmacy for you!

Very helpful and quick service. They really understand people are sick and just want to get their meds and go. Unlike some other places in town where you will be stuck in line for a minimum of 30 minutes just because they wanna talk to people about he said/she said nonsense.

economy, drugs is amazing I had a prescription called in and within 20 minutes it was filled and my mom could pick it up for me and bring it to me. I hurt my back very very bad and it was needing the medication. They are so fast friendly I highly recommend them even if you live in Lebanon like I do it's worth the 10 minute drive to Sweet Home

I recently switched my prescriptions from Walgreens to Economy, drugs with the recommendation from my doctor. Are used to get my prescriptions filled at bi mart and I love to go in there because they were very fast but they closed so I had a horrible experience at Walgreens. They would take 2 to 3 days to get a prescription of mine filled. Sometimes the pharmacist wouldn’t even show up for work.. so the recommendation of my doctors office I switched to Thriftway even though I live in Lebanon it’s definitely worth a 10 minute drive because by the time I leave my doctors office and I get to Sweet Home they have my medicine filled and waiting for me. I highly highly recommend them.

Locally owned and gives awesome service to their customers. We will be loyal customers forever! Jamie (owner) has gone above and beyond to help us during a difficult time. Never had problems with any staff members. Knowledgeable, kind, and respectful. My husband and I are thankful for having such a great business locally!,

I would always give this pharmacy a 5! But today is a 1! Girl who answered the phone was ridiculously rude! Then pharmacist was crazy rude too! I was surprised I was treated this way!!! If it happens again Im gone!!

Being a senior citizen I have become a frequent customer of the drug stores. The best pharmacy is right here in Sweet Home, no not Safeway, no not Bi-mart ( they abandoned us) but the friendly folks at Economy DRUG store.
