I'm a local business and I often need obscure or hard to find parts to help my customers. The employees at this Napa are incredibly helpful. They often only need a general description or a part number along with what vehicle you're putting the part in and they can at the least point you in the right direction to help you get the part if they don't have it. They also usually have the parts in stock and can order it if they don't have it. I've noticed that even though a lot of the prices are higher than autozones, the quality of the products they offer are typically higher, with better alloys or better quality plastics used to build the products. The service and the employee knowledge makes up for the higher prices, I consider that a fair trade off.
