“5 Stars even though I never rented the trailer after making a reservation. Willie was so nice and helpful when I made the reservation through him. I had a lot of questions and he was polite through it all. After I made the reservation Uhaul.com texted a link to me what the Res. # was, to use if I needed to change or cancel. A week later I bought a cargo trailer so I could have a couple of weeks to load, and not have to load the day uhaul would provide it. The day I purchased the trailer, I used the link to cancel my reservation, and got a cancellation verification. Unfortunately the company never informed Willie. 3 days went by and I decided I better let Willie know just in case. I phoned him today, sure enough he had not been informed. He knows now, I am disappointed he was not informed by Uhaul.com !”
