The staff were very nice and explained everything to me. The doctor, Dr Joe was very thorough and he also explained everything to me. My dog loved them. I feel that my dog is in good hands.

Receptionist, wasted several minutes, asked ambiguous and condescending questions until finally stating Taking No New Patients. My first and second statement had been; asking price for a NEW patient quote!

Got a new kitten and was there for her first inspection and possibly follow up shots. They looked at her shot record and said no reason to spend money today. She couldn't get her shots for 2 more weeks so we made the appointment and they didn't charge me anything. Wonderful people!

We are on the road and need appointment only to empty anal glands for our dog. Unfortunutly they don't take new costumers. We won't be new customer, we are only passing through and need a veterinarian to carry out the procedure and thus avoid abscesses and major problems. What a desappointment !
