A huge shout out to Dustin and the rest of the team here. Dustin did a battery install that cost $350 everywhere else, and did it for free!
It was a nightmare job and Dustin did it with a great attitude and the grace of a seasoned mechanic! He is extremely knowledgeable and kind! I highly recommend!

Bad service took my battery to get it charged and they purposely didn't charge the battery one of the guys was Like who unplugged the battery and the other guy gave him a look and just went with it mexican dude needs to get fired they tried to upsale me a new one and tried to send me to their buddies mechanic shop and had whole rack of used batteries out to try to entice me went to another autozone they charged my battery teste it said it was perfectly fine bad service and crooked service they set me back 5 hours on my trip with greedy nonsense avoid this autozone some people here need to get fired

My van broken down on highway. I called AutoZone near by (1269 W Central Ave, Sutherlin, OR). Douglas from AutoZone delivered a new battery in less than 30 mins, I was *6 miles away). Truly appreciate the timely and prompt help. It was the thanksgiving weekend and did not expect to get help that quickly. Autozone is doing an amazing job.Special thanks to Douglas.
