Went in and came out with $110 + of hoodies and t shirts. Selection is awesome, however the t shirts are displayed on the wall so you know what is what but it is hard to find on the shelves. The check out is a tad frustrating because they write down the number of the tag then literally searching the store on the sections for the price. We ended up being over charged but did not realize it until later. But if you want some awesome swag, this is the place to shop.

I got lucky during my visit at this shop because they had quite a few nice sweaters and sweatshirts on sale for around $7, though all were women's XS. I grabbed myself a couple and then ended up buying some sweats as well as a long-sleeve shirt for my partner. He loves the fit, feel, and look of the shirt, and I love the quality of my clothing as well, especially for the prices, as even the things that weren't on clearance weren't generally too costly for what you get. The employee at the register was pretty slow, but the rest of the store makes up for the wait.

They are the best! I wanted to get some gifts for family n friends, great prices and super cute stuff. Found way more than i had planned, i now have multiple t shirts, long sleeves and hoodies. Cant wait to visit next year!!

The manager speaks to her employees very poorly and she has zero customer service. If you're vacationing go to sunriver sports or something. This place blows and it's all because of her.

The store itself is a 4 star. Organized & mostly clean. The 1 is for teen/college girl employees who were working 3/31 and 4/01. They were immature & unprofessional. Shooting rubberbands at each other, almost hitting my toddler in the face. Throwing clothing over the railing & telling people to duck. Talking loudly about their parties & boys. The older lady working was wonderful. She did her best with what she was working with. Checking out was just as bad. We couldn't ask questions about the area to the older lady as one girl next to her began yelling up to the other girl to bring down items. It was extremely rude. The older lady apologized & told her to just go upstairs. She remarked this is how we work with so & so. Rolled her eyes & stood there. The next day, we came in for an exchange & bought more items. The same girls were working with the same behaviors. These 2 girls were disruptive vs helpful. Rude vs professional. Lack of care for others safety & creating an enjoyable shopping experience. I hope the owner sees this & educates her young staff for better customer service.

This is an amazing spot to get your Sunriver souvenir. You can get all sorts of Sunriver/Bend brand shirts, hoodies, hats, stickers, and visors.

Wow! What an impressive store. The prices, you cannot beat them. I will tell you how very disappointed I am in the people that are leaving reviews on the site. Shame on you. Your pathetic. Every person I have encountered that works there has been absolutely delightful.The quality of their clothing is outstanding. And thank you Stacey, for helping me pick out beautiful things to send to my daughter in her package this month! Thank you for helping me to not want to give up!! And thank God for masks, the ugliness inside and out? At least we don’t have to look at your face- haha.

What a horrible experience! I bought a shirt and the front pocket started to come off the very first time I put it on, I asked for an exchange of the exact same shirt (still had the tags) the next day and they refused. The clerk made me feel awful and said it was my fault. Don't expect any level of customer service at this store. Just awful.

The worst store in all of Sunriver. The people who work here are so RUDE. We came in earlier asking if they had any shoes and when they told us no, we asked them where we could find some. Some lady with an accent told us "sunriver sports" and when we couldn't understand she said "just go down the road! It's over there." Thinking that maybe she was having a bad day and just busy we came back in to give them a second chance. We paid in cash for a jacket costing $19.99. We changed our mind at the counter for another item costing $14.99 and they refused to exchange the item back and give us the $5 back. Honestly, I understand the store policy. What I can't stand is the lack of apology, the off handed RUDE way the girl at the register told me that I could just "buy some stickers." WTF. I come in you don't have the decency to be respectful? Worst service, crappy quality clothes. You can find better Oregon and sunriver gear elsewhere. We will never come back. Oh, the 5 star reviews are all from YEARS ago. Ridiculous!
