We purchase items from this store about 3x a year. Never a bad experience. My children love gems and rocks. It’s a staple when we visit sunriver. We always have good interactions. My husband went to sunriver a few days before me with our 7 year old and 3 year old. My son found a rock that he wanted to spend his entire wallet of money on. That wallet included a ten dollar roll of quarters. Because my husband was solo parenting for a few days he had to keep my busy 3 year old out of the rock store as you can imagine he wanted to touch everything. So, he stood outside and sent our older child in and the person (owner?) was so helpful assisting my son in paying with his cash and also helping him count out his quarters into dollars. I appreciate that thoughtfulness and willingness to help my child count his money. We love this store. Thanks for being here!

The owners are SO helpful and nice! I called asking about some tumbled rocks for my kid's birthday party but they had just closed. The owner came BACK to the store to be sure I was able to get what we needed. Superb customer service. Thank you so much!!

The gentleman that owns the store is very knowledgeable and great with the kids! Every time we visit, this is the place the kids want to stop and shop.

Awesome store! We have been in about 4-5 times now. Huge selection for children and adults. My son asks to go to this store every time we are in the Village. They actually reopened the doors after closing so my son could pick something out on his birthday the other day. The store owners are amazing! Highly recommend checking out this store.

Cool store but the young man behind the counter was incredibly unhelpful. We were the only people in the store looking for a specific stone. He said they carried the stone but gave a very vague description of where it was located in the store. He wouldn't come out from behind the counter to help us locate it. He seemed more interested in playing on his phone. Very unhelpful.

Such a great job for unique presents of all ages. We went there after visiting the craft faire today. The gentleman behind the counter was also so nice. He asked to put my burdensome bag behind the counter so that I wouldn't have to struggle with them. When I was done shopping he had kindly placed it in a less cumbersome bag with a handle and had reinforced the bottom to prevent breaking my nice pottery I had purchased elsewhere.

My oldest son has recently shown interest in gems after seeing those at a friend’s house. Coming here sealed the deal. We bought a few items but his favorite was a simple purple tumbled rock. On our way out of town the next day, he misplaced it. He was heartbroken and we came back to find a replacement before hitting the road. The owner who was then watching the store let him take another free of charge. We appreciate their compassion and fostering our little future geologists interests greatly and will be returning next time we are in Sunriver!

Got something for each of my four kids. The guy who assisted me was great, I believe he was the owner. Would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for some cool rocks!
