I have never in my life dealt with a more insipid place in my life. This is how bad Kaiser insurance is, when I was growing up, I had a kid who punched me and almost broke my nose in 2nd grade. I'm now 48, and despite this haunting trauma, I still would not want this grown adult to deal with a second of this horrible institution that masquerades as a medical facility. Because that's how bad kaiser is. No one deserves Kaiser insurance. Because that's cruel and unusual punishment.

Kaiser is dangerous! They have policies and practices that are straight up dangerous. There is still inadequate access to care, and if by chance you are seen, you're referred to a specialist in Portland (see my review of Portland). No one wants to go to Interstate to be seen. No security to be seen, and are they really going to take one for you? Was seen and told they don't do that despite it being done in the clinic. Put in the appointment comments the reason for making an appointment. Can't move forward to make an appointment without filling out the comments section. Has that dumb little red asterisk. Wonder who developed the little red asterisk? Need to leave a review for that, too. Do they not read the little red asterisk information in the comments section? Wouldn't have wasted my time, had they just read the reason for making the appointment and called me and said we don't do that procedure here anymore, you know, the procedure you said you were coming in for next to that DAMN little red asterisk! So I called Interstate because I'm tired of being in pain and the appointment robot can't understand my birthday! Please say it again, okay. Then it comes back and says, "Let's try this another way." What's your healthy record number, so I input that. I get forwarded to an appointment "specialist" who asks me??? Yup! What's your birthday! What's your medical record! What's your age! Are you calling for so and so? No! It's me. Why would I call for so and so? Gotta love when they say, "we are short staffed." Yeah, well we have something in common because I'm "short tempered." Do you have a remedy for that or a prescription? Or do I need to see a specialist in Portland? Kaiser? Hello? Can you hear me? Portland sucks and so does your service. Hire staff! Qualified staff with experience. Skilled professionals.

The staff at Mount Scott pharmacy are always so helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem with getting my prescriptions filled in a timely manner. They are always willing to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone except horses.

Forced onto Kaiser health plan by change of employment, this is the only option I had. What a garbage system. It is very paternalistic and big brother. Have been on the phone for 40 minutes trying to get a primary care doctor in my area because you have to do that FIRST before you can get any care. Because I definitely don't have anything else to do today. FYI I was told that their website won't show the customer/patient all their options for doctors, and if you have the time, someone will literally read a list of doctors to you so that you can look them up yourself. AND if a doctor is listed as "not accepting new patients", they have some sort of secret system where they can force you into the patient list. This is a ridiculous way to treat your customers. I can only hope that the actual medical experience is better than this initial primary care search. AWFUL

Kaiser doesn't care about mental health, because I wasn't suicidal they scheduled me an appointment a week out to speak to a clinician. Just to get a call at 6 am to tell me they canceled because they weren't in. Telling me I had to reschedule myself. Then I tried requesting the same assistance on the app. Just for it to be a waste of time because the app doesn't direct you correctly to accurate or helpful information or even appointments. So because I'm not going to hurt myself or others my mental struggles aren't important enough to get some help. Thanks no thanks

I am not upset with Kaiser as anwhole but trying to find drs that are compassionate, kind, actually interested in communicating and recognizing that the patients have a voice, who can I see? I am switching drs because this new guy was a joke, I will be calling membership services as well but just want a recommendation of a dr who specifically specializes or at least knows a thing or two about eating disorders and preferably female. The guy yesterday didn't care or want to hear what I said. Very flat affect......autism maybe?

Visiting from another region and am consistently impressed with the service, care and professionalism of the employees both on the phone and in person. Whether seeking help with medication refills, Covid testing, or kp.org access, I've not been disappointed. There's always something we can find to grumble about. I choose to be grateful for my health plan and the care that I receive. My only complaint? Wish my kids could get their employers to offer the KP health plan. Thank you KP!

Kaisers Sunnyside location at Mt. Scott is rather decent. The fact you can get most anything you need done there is great. Need an X-ray? How about an ultrasound? Need meds refilled or blood drawn? It's all in one location. That's one of my favorite things about kaiser. My. Scott is a nice and clean facility. Most employees are friendly. The wait times can be long and the parking is terrible since you have four medical buildings in one area. The doctors are mostly friendly and thorough. Scheduling an appointment is easy but you could be waiting a month just to see your primary care doctor. Though that isn't this particular facilities fault. Overall, it's a good location that offers a lot of services in one spot.

I've been to kaiser all my life. It was great and affordable before Obamacare. Since then the prices have gone up 1000% and the quality of service has gone down 1500% Before Obamacare I had $0 deductible, it was $140/month and I always had exceptional service. Now coverage is $450/month per person, $7000 deductible and service are all crazy expensive!!! I've had three children here. The first was in 2014 for $10k, then 2016 for $16k and my last was $35k. Gotta say; f*** Kaiser and the stupid government who destroyed healthcare!!!!!
