This is my second time coming to this office. Sierra gave us such good customer service the first time when my son needed a passport, that when it was my turn I definitely knew where to go. She is so kind and works so efficiently. Multi-tasking at its best! If you want a great employee-she is the definition of one! They sure are lucky to have her!

It’s too much to say and nothing will be done. Partly my fault, but the way they girl handle it she could have chosen better words. My reaction could have been better when she refused to help me for my passport picture.I thought my appointment was At 3:30 but was small print said between 3-3:30. The girl said she wouldn’t help me because they don’t do passport pictures passed 3. Because I was there at 3:28 and they don’t take photos pass 3:00..

Stopped in to mail a priority mail package and found an employee doing passport photos for a family. I asked her if I should ring the bell or wait for her to finish. She said to ring the bell. I rang the bell and a crabapple came out and snarled at me that I would have to wait for the person taking the photos to be done in order to get any help. A few minutes later, another employee came out from the back and helped me (the photo session was going to take some time). I asked the name of the lady who refused to lift a finger nor give any kind of courtesy. WENDY. What a shrew. I imagine it is because of Wendy that my mom would rather drive to Aumsville than do business at the Sublimity Post office. A shame since the other employees seem nice and customer oriented. Wendy appears to hate customers. Wonder why she is allowed to poison the environment at Sublimity.

This post office is a very nice post office as far as post offices go. It's clean, well lighter, and also when it isn't raining - I know, a very rare thing in Oregon, there's a bench outside that one is able to use.

Small but efficient post office. Clean, well-lit, and friendly, helpful staff. Add an extra day for standard postal times due to them having to ship everything to Salem before going out, but if your package isn't in a rush, this is a pleasant place to take care of postal business.Edit: Upping this to 5 stars because of their fantastic service and wonderful staff. In the three years since I originally posted this they've consistently gone out of their way to be excellent.

The general help you get at this place is somewhat decent. Slow but still nice. This review is more for USPS in general. I ordered something about a week and a half ago from Medford Oregon. I live in Sublimity Oregon. I go and check tracking on shipping and they freaking sent my package from Medford, to Phoenix Arizona. They chose to send my time sensitive package (that should have arrived within about 2 days), 1,300 miles in the wrong direction rather than the 230 miles it was to my house they, for god knows why, decided to add 2,600+ miles to the package delivery. Rant, over.
