I'm so sick of all my packages being delivered to someone else!! Time to go above staytons heads. This is insane! I've lost so much money and not one person is decent enough to do anything but keep my pkgs

Post master is awesome just the older gentleman on our route that is lazy, got a “sorry we missed you” notice and on notice said fence and dogs.. yes I have both but the dogs were inside due to being wet andCold outside…. I keep having issues with this carrier not wanting to get out of his truck or he acts like he’s inconvenienced! I say this if your that miserable quit! It’s your job to deliver mail you took that job so do it! The excuses are getting to be ridiculous especially when I’ve provided multiple videos of him throwing my packages over my fence etc

Always friendly and helpful when I go in. They don't hesitate to figure the best or cheapest way to send packages out. Always get the mail I'm supposed to get and the mail is always held when I need it held.

Absolutely atrocious carriers and the post master is the worst. They have refused to knock on my door to deliver packages of medication that require a signature because I have dogs. Then when I spoke to the post master she basically called me a liar and said I didn't answer the door when they knocked. I sit less than 15 feet from my door, and if they knocked then I would not only have heard it but my dogs would have barked. I was told to just answer my door next time, told it was the same carrier each day, told it was different carriers different days, told that the post master follows her drivers in the field, told they logged that they were at my house for 5 minutes (they weren't, otherwise my dogs would have barked and I would have seen them), and basically told this was all my fault. Great way to run a business ???

Most of the poor reviews are years old maybe they had some staff changes but I have had a really positive experience here many times over and I do a lot of business with the postOffice sometimes twice a day and they are always polite and go the extra for the customers time and time again. The carriers, though friendly, have been unfortunately irresponsible and I’ve never had so many packages misplaced in one year. Also they don’t inform you if they leave it at the post office instead of your address with a sticker like they are supposed to and many times they do not have second attempts. I’ve had to be sure to keep on top of packages delivered tracking to not lose items. It’s a tough job especially with the rain and I am grateful for the services.

They've lost multiple of my packages sent to customers costing me hundreds of dollars, Broke multiple items, they have ripped open packages and replaced the items inside with cheap garbage that was not what was sent hoping no one would notice costing my business money, had packages weighed in Stayton USPS at one weight, and when the package arrives at customers post office it weighs different leading to additional charges FAR more than it wouldve cost. The amount of money lost having to refund customers because of the incompetence of USPS is beyond comprehensible. There is no repercussions, no ways to hold them accountable, they can lie, cheat, steal, damage product and all you get is " sorry theres nothing we can do ". Ive had to open multiple claims to get compensated for insurance on packages wich they fight tooth and nail to not pay out. As a long time customer using USPS to ship my businesses packages bringing them thousands of dollars in business its never been this horrible of service till during and after the pandemic. It's cost me far too much money having to pay for the mistakes of USPS and i will be using ups and fed ex no matter the cost to avoid being scammed. I can provide proof of different weights, lost packages and opened claims. Every month there is multiple issues!

Just had Stayton postal drive fast as all hell through our drive through parking area were kids an animals are! Also caught your insane an unsafe driving on my cameras as well!

I think the POST OFFICE in STAYTON does a WONDERFUL job. They are helpful , kind and efficient. I am disabled and they go out of their way to help me. I have been treated very badly by other CUSTOMERS on two occasions, being harrassed by people who were anti mask. This was during a time when they were mandated by the state. I really APPRECIATE having a local post office.i tried using FED EX and they were a NIGHTMARE.
