  I previously banked with Chase and their customer service just wasn’t on par with Key Bank at all. All the tellers are always friendly and helpful plus the manager Tania is very professional and easy to work with. I highly recommend this Key Bank location.

  Holy cow! Tonya is so unprofessional. I signed my refinancing auto loan docs when the manager calls me stating “yeah well trever left for another job at Columbia river bank so you’ll need to come back and resign.” Like...what??? Then I go in and Tonya is so unprofessional. The sound of her voice also makes me cringe!... read full comment
