“Great bank!!! Would recommend. I called maps first to find out about opening a savings account and got some information as to what all I needed to bring with me in order to open a savings account, then said thank you to the clerk and also said that I would be there shortly to open an account, when I arrived I was surprised to find out that it would cost me to open an account and I would have to have a certain amount in the account at all times and after that was figured out I was then told that I needed to set up an appointment with a banker to open an account?
I used to bank with NSFCU years ago I should have just gone with them from the beginning. THANK YOU NSFCU!!!”

“Great no problem.. however I was there to cash a check from a lady I work for her 1 day, every other Wednesday. So yesterday my check total was $67.50 ( I get paid 15 an hour) that's not a lot but it's a lot to me it's one of my only incomes at this time... Anyways my point is every penny is important to me right now... I know if u don't have an account with us bank but are cashing one of their checks they usually waive to $7.00 but no I got paid $60.50. that stings. A lot. If it's under 100 I thought they took less or if it's low enough they wave the fee all together. But ya technically they did nothing wrong and I would open an account with them but idk if I can... I over drafted my account and never paid it off In fact I have never been contacted by a debt collector. I have not seen it reflect in my credit report that I am aware of. It's been almost 10 years since I had my account. But ya outside of them enforcing their own well known rule, lol. They were happy to help me and I will cash future checks with them”
