At this store I was able to get a problem solved ,created by a negative experience with another Verizon store in Portland.Nathan was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. I also noticed his positive interactions with other customers.St. Helens is fortunate to have a Verizon store that is helpful, reliable, honest and efficient.

Hello my name is Thomas west I'm at the store in St Helens Zach and Hayden the representatives here have been helping me I have had a wonderful experience with Verizon I have had many thank yous to them helping me it's been a wonderful experience with Verizon I can't say anymore that these employees are wonderful I appreciate everything they do for me they have helped me with everything that I needed it's perfect it's the best plan I've ever had and I want to thank everybody from Verizon especially these employees in St Helens thank you
