“The people that work at this location are absolutely fantastic! I was directed by the APP to drop a device off my account in store. Once in this store Trent started the process of getting the two devices off my account which meant a call to customer support. Custom support told Trent I had to do it on the APP or call 611. Trent explained that the APP directed me to a store. I told Trent it’s was okay and I would call and cancel at a later time. He encouraged me to make the call while I was still in the store so I agreed and did just that. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes Trent picked up the store phone and called customer support himself and complained that I had been on hold and explained what was going on. Immediately a call service rep answered my call and took care of my request without issue. I appreciate the fact that the crew there wanted to be involved in the follow up and make sure that I was taken care of. AMAZING CREW at this location. T-MOBILE corporate please recognize these employees at this store !!! They are an outstanding example of true customer service!!!”
