Huge shout out to Kane R and Cameron N! They were so incredibly helpful with trying to get a deal worked out. They ran through almost every possible situation with me. Unfortunately it just didn’t work out in my end. I can not thank the 2 of them enough! I would highly recommend either of these guys with out a doubt.

I am on vacation and needed the oil changed,I had 2 choices one in Longview or Emmert In st Helen’s I noticed while researching both, that Emmert included tire rotation with oil change, which my regular Chevy dealer includes, so I called the Longview Chevy dealership and asked if tire rotation was included they informed me it wasn’t and that was an extra charge, that made my decision easy and I am glad I did, I enjoyed my conversation with one of their salesman about EV cars while I was waiting

This dealership, and particularly my sales person Dan have been OUTSTANDING. This is my second purchase, and every time has been phenomenal. They have a wonderful selection of new and used vehicles. They do their best to make sure you are getting what you want at a decent price. No pressure buying experience. They took care of everything. Highly recommend.

Called emmert motor and spoke with someone who said they would give me an estimate on repairing my door for insurance accident. When got there kid working look at my car and then says to me you might want to take what insurance is offering and then walks away. And never give me my estimate that i left work early for so i could take the repair cost back to my insurance. Was hoping to fix my door. I was really disappointed as I have used Emmert before and they have always been great. But this last experience on 7-31-24 sucked balls. ?

There were oily finger prints on the steering wheel and I would have thought that at a new car first service the vehicle would have been courteous washed.

They worked with me and came up with an amazing deal. They saw the vehicle me and my girls were in and bent over backwards to make sure we were in a new vehicle at a fabulous price that was safe for us.
