The lady who answers the phone when u push Zero I think her name is Jackie was very rude and sounds like she doesn’t care about anyone’s situation or her job. They need to replace her because she definitely lacks telephone etiquette.

Jackie who works the phones was extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. She put me on hold and continued to talk poorly of me before transferring me to someone else because she could answer my questions.

Honestly don't have anything good to say about them. Lots of bad judges and if you do a get one not corrupt expect to wait over a year for a judgement as they have no timeline anymore.
