This bank has very poor customer service. I made an appointment to speak to someone, showed up 5 minutes early and was still waiting 21 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I finally gave up and walked out. How disrespectful for them not to consider your time as valuable as theirs’. I’ll never do business at this branch again.

I needed to have a Debit card replaced. I stopped by this branch and was helped by a friendly woman. I had my card 2 days later. Thanks!

It is very hard to talk to a live person at this branch. If they are busy with customers they ask you to call back at another time. This is not good service. It is twenty minutes til closing!

I requested a payoff statement they said they had to snail mail. Turns out it's not true and I never got it and it affected my ability to refinance with my credit union and I got no support in the additional accrued interest I had to pay. They said they sent me a payment book. They did not. They said they sent me a welcome packet. They did not. They never even sent a 2nd statement to make my regular payment and I was late with it. They wouldn't reverse the interest and they would not take a principle payment because my new payment t was due. They just kept saying they understood my frustration. But they don't care. They even went as far as to blame my credit union for not asking them directly for the payoff. I had already asked Chase for it.

NEVER OPEN despite phone lines ringing, lights on inside the building, and online hours indicating regular business hours. It's like they're supposed to be open, but nobody showed up to work.

Online hours are wrong. They are literally never open. Don’t waste the drive, not sure why they even pay rent for the building.

I have spent a lot of time at the Chase Bank in St. Helens serving as the Personal Representative of my mother's estate. I highly recommend this bank for the professional services I received. Everyone has been helpful, courteous, courteous, and patient with me.
