This bank has very poor customer service. I made an appointment to speak to someone, showed up 5 minutes early and was still waiting 21 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I needed to have a Debit card replaced. I stopped by this branch and was helped by a friendly woman. I had my card 2 days later. Thanks!

It is very hard to talk to a live person at this branch. If they are busy with customers they ask you to call back at another time. This is not good service. It is twenty minutes til closing!
