i wish i could of gave the cenntenial location a negative star.not great customer service.called an they would not let me speak to a manager.did not resolve my problem.these employees really need some customer service training! time to look for a better bank.

This bank has the worst people working in it. I went to bring paperwork to open a simple IRA. They turned me away stating the only option I had was do open it online, and that no one in the bank would do it. The branch in Eugene had me make an appointment so we can start the process... I will not be back.

I was mistreated by management at the Springfield Mohawk and Centenial branch and other staff after being verbally assaulted and loudly called out for the color of my skin by another costumer. I was accused of all sorts of terrible, unforgivable behavior by a woman that clearly had her issues with social situation and perhaps wasn't having her best day. However , I tried my best to stay non confrontational and even pleasant. management stated loudly how she understood the situation and that she was sorry for MY behavior. Then she said something to my teller and he said they couldn't help me get a money order because I was not a member . This felt untrue but who knows. For the record, the costumer making the complaints was inventing the entire interaction. I never spoke to the woman before this all happened. I kept a smile on my face and was polite and friendly throughout but it left me feeling bullied and even hated. I can't for the life of me understand why I was treated like this. It was demoralizing and hurtful. I've never experienced anything even remotely like that before. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Weird bunch of clowns there. I really hate banking now that our company switch from BOA to this circus bank. Seems all they want to do is waste your time talking while trying to take care of your morning business. My girlfriend is "to nice" not to answer their stupid question's so needless to say we are there for eight to ten minutes at the drive up window when it should have taken three. Seems to be a lonely bunch of employees that work there. Sure wish we could switch back to Bank Of America!

First I had Daniel help me, I picked the card I wanted was very happy I finally got what I needed to get done, then 3 weeks go by and still no card. I called and he said its activated so I had to cancel that card and go in an get another debit card. Waited a week and received an ATM card. He ordered an a damn atm card! Again I had to go back and make sure he got me my debit card, someone else ended up helping me and another week later... This time the card that I wanted didn't even come. I won't go back to this one
