The crew and the managers at this store have always been hapless and lazy. I witnessed a shoplifting as soon as I entered the store. I yelled “shoplifter”. The shoplifter mimicked me as he exited the store. I reported it to clerks and they just snickered. I reported it to the manager who made a look like “oh no responsibility “. She said it is fine, it doesn’t matter and she will report it to asset protection. I didn’t feel that was sufficient, because the culprit was still in the area. I called the police and they said “why isn’t Walmart calling us” and “if this isn’t an emergency don’t call us”. They sent me to another line and they said “if Walmart doesn’t want to report the crime than we cannot send a car to look around for the shoplifter “. I said “I am reporting the crime send a car out so I can make a testimony.” They then said “We no longer have any interest in this call so goodbye “. I went over to the supervisor of Walmart and called the police again and the police dispatcher said “if you call this number again we will have you arrested “. I said “the supervisor is here and she can report the crime “ I put the phone on speaker and put it to the supervisors face and pleaded “will you please report the crime “. To my freaking surprise she responded “there is no need to call the police we have asset protection “. I told her “miss please don’t embarrass me. They just threatened to have me arrested in the place of the shoplifter who just stole from you. Will you please tell them about the shoplifter?”. I had to repeat myself two times. She finally said “there has been a shoplifter, but we have asset protection and will call them later.” The police dispatcher asked “would you like to have the gentleman with the phone arrested for tresspassing?” I said “excuse me don’t ever do that. This is why I asked you if you wanted to shoot me earlier for being a witness “. The Walmart supervisor said “no I am okay “. I cussed out the dispatcher and hung up. I got my sodas and the clerks started acting like I was the bad guy. I left my sodas on the conveyer belt and left after calling them cowards. A business that allows itself to be shoplifted and then throws its customers to the wolves doesn’t get my business.Get a freaking staff that gives a crap. Update: Walmart’s Asset protection has called me to thank me for my service in helping identify the shoplifter and his movements. They tell me that I am a valued shopper. They have also apologized for the treatment from the manager and the staff. I have accepted the apology. I need a break from this Walmart for a while and will think about shopping at this Walmart in the future, but I would prefer to go to different Walmarts if I can.

I went to return an online order. The walmart app instructed me to return the item to the nearest store. I did what the app said, the manager said i can't return it, without explaining why. When I showed her the item on the phone, she says I never bought it, which it is in my purchase history. She was extremely rude and dismissive. This manager needs sensitivity training, especially to the disabled. She shouldn't even be a manager with her how she treats people. I do not recommend this walmart!!!!

Pharmacy poisoned my dog by giving out the wrong medication. They took days to call to call to warn me, and offered no refund. Who else was ripped off and given the wrong medication? Their incompetence is criminal and a danger to the community.

Shopping at Walmart has been a consistently positive experience for me. Not only does this store offer a wide variety of products at great prices, but their selection of alcoholic beverages is particularly impressive. I've found that their alcohol section not only has a diverse range of options but also provides the convenience of a one-stop shopping experience. It's a fantastic place to explore different brands and indulge in quality beverages, all for free. Walmart's commitment to offering such a comprehensive selection has made it my go-to destination for satisfying my alcohol preferences while enjoying the convenience of a well-stocked store. Unlike walgreens in whom did not let me take my alcohol for free.

I normally do not like Walmart, but this store is different. It is clean and well stocked. The employees are friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is the best I have found since Bi-Mart closed. They also seem to have the best grocery prices around. Some of their choices are limited & I do not buy meat or produce here. It seems to go bad quickly. On the plus side their store brand items are good quality and price.

Was there last night doing some shopping with my wife, and was grabbing a drink when randomly near the front of the store some lady working the self checkout started getting my attention to tell me I need to check out and come to her. We kept trying to tell her we were only getting a drink, and were not finished shopping at all, but she just kept talking over me and told me I need to check out where she was. She very clearly had a rough life with drugs, and it was obvious that I wasn't going to successfully to convince some crazy junkie that she was wrong. So we just did what she said and checked out the few items we had in the cart and left to buy the rest of our stuff at a different (and much better) store. By far the weirdest Walmart interaction I've ever had, and that says a lot.

Don’t go to this Walmart if you need customer service , there lazy a will sit a lie about the mechanics not working because there to lazy to type stuff in very rude!!! You have to call the other Walmart a find out that they were lying to you ?? then if you ask for help or try to make small talk while being assisted on the floor they at like zombies ! Very sad when it says neighborhood Walmart!! Not very neighborhood friendly ?! That’s for sure
