Had to fedex som documents and had no idea what I was doing. Christy was extremely helpful. I showed up with nothing but the documents she helped me find an envelope and got it sent out. Thank you Christy.

I tried to place an order to acquire an older prescription I had in the past, but the system doesn't even show the order anywhere, not even the automated systems. I tried calling to get assistance, but it's like no one works there as I spent all of my lunch time to not get to anyone over the phone.
This Walgreens needs more staff if you're forcing people to wait in phone queues of 20 minutes or longer.

My father from out of town ran out of pills. We went there for help and the pharmacist was rude and offered no help what so ever.They acted like old people never forgot their pills and were stupid for asking. These were life saving medications not pain killers. They offered no advice or solutions to the problem. Riteaid was helpful and knew what to do. I will never spend another dime in this outfit.

The Walgreens on Mohawk road is ridiculous. We spent over 35 minutes in the line trying to get our prescriptions. The person who works there takes forever to even get to people and check to see if my prescription is even there

I Just get my Scripts here thru the Drive up Window, Their always friendly Very seldom have gone inside. Today I ventured inside to check out a product I have been looking for. The staff that work inside the regular store are just Zombies, they say nothing no Welcome and No Did you find everything Customer service has sure gone down hill No wonder everyone shops online

This pharmacy is ridiculous they never answer the phone when I need to refill a prescription and also the one time they did answer, the lady was so rude and hung up on my face when I said I needed to refill my prescription. Rude! Shouldn’t work here if you can’t handle it!

Pharmacy isn't staffed over the weekend and the automated call doesn't work and loops back over and over because it isn't staffed but the program doesn't know.

My first time at this location, also my last! The two cashiers, a younger and an older female (might be a manager), were more concerned with their personal conversation than customer service. The only interaction with me, by the younger one, was telling me my total...that was it. I guess saying hi, bye and/or thank you to a customer would've been an inconvenience!

Don't bother using this pharmacy if you have anything else to do with your time. Making an appointment for your vaccine won't help speed things along at all and the pharmacists will treat you like shit, as if this isn't part of their job. I really can't stress enough how incredibly disrespected you and your time will be when using this location.

HORRID customer service. I had to ask the same question several times about whether my provider had sent in a prescription renewal. Pharmacy tech with blonde hair told me no they had not, repeatedly talking over me and speaking to me with a condescending tone about my OWN prescription. Turns out they actually had. So she was dishonest, and when I asked her to stop talking over me, she told me to leave. So disappointed that the pharmacy would employ such rude and incompetent people. I’ve gone to Walgreens for years, and thanks to this one interaction, I’m switching pharmacies.
