The tall mixed race dude is rude and unprofessional, o asked if he had an item I. The store and his reply was I don’t know Boss if we had it. It’d be on this aisle as he’s walking away to help two women, customer service rep is your job try using some I won’t shop here again

May I request that the hours noted on the main page be adjusted to reflect pharmacy hours... store is open till 9 pm but pharmacy is open till 6 pm and closed on weekends. I was confused until I noted the pharmacy hours were separate from store hours. Thank you

scheduled a test at mohawk location only to show up and be told they don’t have the equipment and that i need to go to this location instead, these folks were rude when i suggested they communicate to the other store that they also did not have the equipment for the test they scheduled me for. idiots

I had an incredibly unpleasant experience at this Walgreens location. The staff were being racist, and downright rude, which made the shopping experience highly uncomfortable. To top it off, I was inexplicably banned from the property without any valid reason or explanation. This level of mistreatment is appalling and completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone considering shopping here to seek alternatives where customer respect and fairness are valued, and not discriminated against for wearing their furry tails.

With Rite Aid closing stores and shelves half empty it’s time to find a new pharmacy. Wait times at the pharmacy are ridiculously long and slow . After 20 years I’m moving on.

Whenever I go to pick up a prescription I always have to wait 30 mins+ in line whether it’s in the drive thru or in store. The pharmacy closes earlier then their other locations which makes it difficult to get my prescription on time. The other day I went in to pick up photos which I had pre ordered and there was only one staff member at the check out stand, which left me standing at the photo section for 30 minutes, while other employees at the store were just stocking shelves even though they saw I was waiting. Props to the man at the counter though because he finally yelled for someone to help me. Just overall doesn’t feel like this location has much support from its employees, which is sad because they are obviously very short staffed.

Everytime I have a prescient sent here they never have it filled in a timely manor. It usually takes them 2 or 3 days to fill and sometimes when I go in it still isn't filled. They say it will be filled in about 10 min, if that's was the case why do I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes each time. Unfortunately I will no long get my families or my prescription filled here. I was waiting for 2 prescriptions I was told one was filled and they other they were having problems I've beenninmpai. For the last 2 days only to find out they can't fill one. So instead of communicating that they waited until I came in and again told my other prescription wasn't filled. It's very irritating to deal with every timei vome in. I've delt with this in the past with my child's chemo medication or anti nausea. Very unprofessional

Most items are out of stock, even when saying online it's in stock had an employee say they would go look and later walked right past me rude and unprofessional.

The pharmacy seemed initially helpful, it was easy to transfer prescriptions online and I liked the accessibility of that. However, the hours at this pharmacy are crazy. Weekends are closed, which makes it difficult. And the processing time is super slow and requires alot of urging and follow up. Save yourself the time and don't bother!
