I had a difficult situation and Nelson in the store helped me tremendously. He was perfect for both visits I had today. I highly recommend him for assistance.

I had been dealing with Verizon over the phone for weeks trying to resolve issues that I didn't create. But none the less was having to deal with and was not getting them resolved. Went into the store & the issues were resolved & I finally had a phone.
