We gave them the death certificate to take my son-in-law off of the checking 2/13/2023. Never took his name off, as a result the took a garnishment of $1600 in 4/2023. Never admitted their error, refused to put a stop payment on the garnishment check, even when the collection agency called and told them garnishment was sent to them in error. No customer service from the garnishment dept., whatsoever. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM.

I've been banking with US Bank for a few years now I travel all over United States and the manager at this branch and the people that work there are some of the nicest friendliest most helpful people I've ever met I just want to thank you guys for everything that you have done Sincerely your friend William Reisner

Went into the bank to get a new card and they sent me the wrong card and it’s still not even hooked up to my account so I have no debit card to use (for about a week now). I also went into deposit my check and I looked at my account a couple days later and there’s no check pending and the money was never put into my account. I’m very upset that my bank I’ve trusted for years keeping messing up every time I walk inside to make a change on my account or even just getting a new card or simply depositing a check into my account.

Most of the employees working here are great but the older lady that works in the front appears to be racist. I am minority and she never choose to take me. She always tell me that she will have me wait for someone else. One time she had no choice other than to help me. She did not even say hello or anything and treated me like second class citizen. She is very friendly to white customers though and says "hello how are you" the minute she ses them.

While most of the staff here is great, they tend to throw attitude for not calling in change orders. We have no time to do that at my job and should not be given attitude because of this. This is a customer service job and if you can't provide that then you need to find a different line of work.

If a bank is not open on Saturday and Sunday you might as well close down. That's from all of us in the working class community that like to go to the bank on one of my two days off. Thanks for being closed ever possible opportunity

US Bank was good for a while. Then they really dropped the ball. I was banking there for a long time, until I chose to move banks, yet I still had a car loan there. I set up auto-pay for my new bank to pay the car loan, and the banker failed miserably. She first mistyped my new acct number, and then I had to come back in because apparently the voided check I brought in to prove my other bank info was not signed, even though I signed it. I then received late fees because my auto pay failed due to banker negligence. I was told these fees would be removed, but they haven't been. US Bank are a bunch of under-trained liar fuq ups. I hate them.
