If I could give 0 star I would,I'm from out of town and I thought to pay my bill here so it won't be late,I walked into this bank springfield oregon,and the place was empty,nobody noticed my presence,backhome someone always welcomes the customers,noticed the two guys were chatting away ,not paying attention to a customer,one guy by the name of hayden attempted to call me up to his booth,but the other guy richard kept on talking knowing the other guy wanted to help me,i waited till they were done talking which i find so unprofessional,the tellers at my bank are always ready to help and so polite,these people here in springfield oregon needs to have a serious customer service training.

On the 3rd of each month I withdraw money to pay my utility bill and get a money order for my rent. This bank lets me withdraw almost all my money at once to pay my bills which is surprising because most have a daily limit on ATM'S withdrawals!

I went to open a business account and they informed me that another person had a personal account AND credit card with my SSN. After weeks of bringing proof that I am who I am, they literally did nothing to address the fact that SOMEONE STOLE MY SSN. It was ridiculous. The branch manager was "going to call the fraud department" and "going to call me back" multiple times, which didn't ever happen. I ended up going to a different US Bank branch and, magically, they were able to help me.

I like this location because they have great customer service. Which is absolutely important to me. All of the employees are both friendly and knowledgable. I've never had a problem here. Everyone helps out, they are patient and answer questions without a problem or attitude. I've asked questions and they've explained their policies in a patient way that was easy to understand. The branch has three entrances, one onto Main Street and one onto South A Street, and the third off 4th Street, which goes to the drive-up window and ATM. Parking is easy, with a drive up window and ATM, plus a walk up ATM outside the door. This location is close to my house and so it's easy to make a quick trip down here, if needed. It's always quick, easy, and painless. I rarely have to go to the bank anymore, but if I do, this is the branch that I prefer to go to.

I want to express my experience at this branch in Springfield Oregon. The bank tellers and branch manager are very rude and very unprofessional. I went in today to cash my check and mind you i have been banking with us bank for five years now and have never been treated the way i was this morning. I went to cash my check and the bran h manager and teller denied me to cash my full check. They told me that i was only allowed a certin amount back and i had no choice but to put thr remaining ampunt in my account and would not be able to take money out until the next day. I have bills and rent due today and am not allowed to pay them due to the awful service i recieved. I'm very irritated at the situation. The attitude i recieved from them were very rude and i will never return to that bank,
