Bought 4 boxes of mochi. It was freezer burnt and 1 year past its expiration date.

Love this shop! Friendly staff and they have a great selection of items. The food truck is also awesome, I have to get their chicken katsu and greek fries a few times every month!

As a inexperienced person in Asian cooking, I'm very impressed with the knowledge and friendliness of all the staff and the eagerness of explaining how to prepare all the different foods they have in stock. Also, the mobile kitchen outside serves great food on the weekends.

Love it! They've got all the Asian foods they don't have at local supermarkets.

Neat store with a good selection. Only problem is majority of the product isn't priced.

Cozy shop with a nice frozen selection. Fresh jack fruit. Good sauces and super friendly owner. I like this spot

Absolutely the worst service anywhere. The young lady simply refused to look or answer any questions. DO not shop here! Prices extortion level compared to other asian groceries

Great place to get staples and ingredients for a lot of different East Asian and Southeast Asian dishes.

I’ve only been here twice. Both visits were not great. I agree with the other comments, it has 0 customer service, kinda feels like you’re inconveniencing them when you go.The first time we went I was very excited. They do have decent selections. Bought a bottle of soy sauce and vinegar, and the sarsa(dioping sauce) Mang Tomas(MT) and Banana ketchup(BK). The MT and BK were both Suspicious as they both have weird consistencies. They both looked gooey. They still tasted okay tho. I’m just hoping they weren’t expired. The second time was 2 days ago. Bought another bottle of Soy sauce and vinegar. BUT the MAGIC SARAP seasoning is already past its best by date. Now I wasn’t really surprised, which goes to show how I see this store.Long story short. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The drive to Sunrise Asian market is worth it. Although they don’t have magic Sarap there lol

I stopped in for some spices. Was greeted immediately and given much help locating items on my list. Very helpful staff. Nice selection of goods. Fresh & frozen groceries available.

I want to put zero star if I could, bad customer service not even a greeting , if you want to know the price you have to take item to scan at the register : ( The woman at the front was acting like she dosent want to work there at all : ( good thing she has a mask to cover her moody face while she looks at her phone. :( :( :(

Stopped by here specifically for some Filipino cooking products. For a small space, they have quite decent selection. Easily found what I was looking for and that enabled me to create an amazing Pinoy sauce for chicken wings. Prices were fair and the young lass working was quiet but polite.

If I could give them zero stars I would.Absolutely the laziest and rudest people in all of the Eugene-Springfield area. The store is always empty, and that makes sense because they chase all of the customers away.

Probably the worst customer service. If you want to be treated like human garbage, this is the place for you.
