Package delayed 2 miles away, 3 days in a row due to "extreme weather conditions", weather has been wonderful for a week now, no rain. 55°, what a joke.

Customer Service is non-existent with U.P.S. Business account, have tried to reach someone on Olympic street to get a driver to pick up packages when our daily driver is on vacation, It is horrific to say the least! Doug Shaw doesn't answer his phone as well and we were told to contact him directly a while ago when we had an issue.

Seems like more and more these days every company wants your money but they won't talk to you. Multiple attempts to try and call to talk to a person on weekdays but phone system actively evades the ability to try and reach a person.

Unfortunately they don't have the ability to print off a shipping label, so unless you already have one, don't waste your time.

This location was suggested when I searched "UPS Store Near me."When I arrived, the doors were locked, and there was a big sign that said, "This is not a UPS Store. We can not assist you with shipping."This location appears to be just a UPS hub. It is clearly not open to the public.

I had a 56lb package delivered to my home at approx. 6pm last night (11/17/2022) in Eugene, OR... and I wanted to leave a "thank you" for the driver who delivered it. As I got to the door a little late, he had left on the porch, and I had a big problem getting it into the house. I caught up with him at his next stop and he came back to help get it safely in the house. As the UPS 800 number refuses to let you speak to a phone rep. and I couldn't find a phone number for the UPS hub in Springfield, OR, I am leaving this message on Google in hopes his supervisor sees it and notes the great job this driver is doing.

I wouldn't go this route, but UPS makes it nearly impossible to offer feedback.Their driver routinely tosses packages in our driveway instead of walkin the entire twenty feet to a covered porch.Last night's package spent all night in the rain. Another time he tucked two thousand dollars worth of cell phones behing the tore of our car.Stop hiring slobs.

Absolutely despicable customer service. They have no information or knowledge about your package. Don't waste your time calling them. Called and verified that my $2,000 computer, which was already late, needed to be signed for or it wouldn't be left on my porch and I could pick it up from them after work. Computer was left on my front porch in plain view of the entire neighborhood. Called them to ask why, and they told me that it didn't have to be signed for....... Use FedEx or USPS.
