“They were able to see me an hour after I called and had my flat fixed in 30 minutes. He also inflated my spare tire, straightened the rim, and double checked to make sure the flat fix would hold. Great service!”
“Nick and Matt went above and beyond for me when I had a flat on I-5 yesterday. I waited over an hour for AAA (85 degrees out) to even say someone was on the way. I decided to try Les Schwab because, hello, they're AWESOME! Nick was there in about 10 minutes, got my spare on and followed me on the freeway (you can't go that fast on the spare tire) with his flashers on, what a nice guy! Once I got to the store Matt was great and able to determine that the warranty would cover my tire, YAY! Les Schwab is one of my favorite companies and Harlow Road Les Schwab came through and once again demonstrated their commitment to customer service.”

“I want to give a specific shout out to Marty. I came into this location because at the eugene location they overlooked my deflated tire and told me there was nothing wrong with it after waiting 2.5 hours. all they did was change the valve stem.
But when I got to the springfield location, the girl at the desk took my concern seriously and then handed me over to Marty, who started on my car immediately. I was here for maybe 45 minutes. he repaired my tire after doing his due diligence, and explained the small hole in my tire was from a passed repair that split. Marty is awesome and super kind! I am beyond grateful! Thanks Marty!!”
