The front office staff and the nurse/med assistants were the only helpful or professional people I interacted with here, the doctors suck. I have come in for injuries, basic check ups, prenatal care, and care after loss of a pregnancy. The disrespectful, biased and unempathetic communication was unacceptable- DR. MOORE, you should not be a doctor for your biased communication and inaction that you justified because of your personal opinions. She provided no support or further testing, she rushed through the appointment and acted like I was wasting her time just because of her biased opinions as a doctor. I asked for prenatals, she didn't even address it, I asked for a med to help sustain pregnancy, and instead of prescribing the med that most doctors prescribe without question when a patient has even one miscarriage, or even giving me other options or asking what further care I'd like, she said, "If it doesn't work on it's own, and there are any complications, it probably wasn't meant to be."- essentially telling me she won't give any help for women who need support during pregnancy, and that I should just wait to miscarry again because it wasn't meant to be. Lots of women need support with keeping their HCG levels elevated enough to sustain a pregnancy to term. She should not work with people in any aspect of pregnancy, her communication was so rude, and her response after my appointment was entirely unnecessarily sassy and rude. Every doctor I have seen here have been very dismissive, and their attitude was very much that they do not care and are annoyed that you are even there or asking questions. They treat you as if you are being overbearing or over exaggerating. I do not like the attitude or communication from the staff here, very unprofessional and unempathetic. I would highly highly recommend finding a different office.

I have been a patient here for 24 years and am now going to be looking for a primary care elsewhere after giving many chances for better service. Waited an hour to be seen and got treated horribly once i was taken back. And i just wanted to get out of there as soon as i could because of the level of unprofessionalism. I will never be going back.

Extremely long wait times. An hour+ just in the waiting area. You have to ask yourself at what point does it become insane to wait longer? I left before being seen because I had another obligation to get to "on time".Edit: The office manager called and apologized. She scheduled an appointment for the next day and I was seen quickly. Hopefully the reasons for this crazy wait time are figured out and managed correctly.

I'm no longer a patient here. Was for years, they've unfortunately really gone downhill. Tired of never being able to see my doctor. It's always who's ever on call. Tired of coming in for appointments and always having to wait 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment time to be seen. Apparently, nobody else's time matters but there's. Nobody communicates well. The final straw for me was when I had an allergic reaction to a medication prescribed so I called to have another one prescribed, the second one they prescribed to me is a medicine they know I'm allergic to. It's not new information to them, as I've always been allergic to this certain medication and have told them that from the start. It's in their system, it's the first one named on my allergic reaction list. When I called yet again, the nurse proceeded to yell at me saying I don't know what you want me to do for you. It's obvious they don't read patient's charts. Save yourself the trouble and find a doctor's office that truly cares about their patients.

Just got off the phone with the RUDEST phone staff. Their name is "Jackland"... or something. Was answering calls on 8/31/23 to talk to triage about a med I could not get. First call was made at 6:24pm. She transferred me to triage. I was on hold for close to 30 minutes. I hung up and called back. Second call was made at 6:50. Told her I was waiting forever and wanted to make sure I wasn't forgotten about. She then transfers me again. I'm on hold another 45 minutes. Hung up a second time and called back a third time. Third call was made at 7:35. This "Jackland" lady then said triage is not there. WHAT!!! Why she couldn't get me back on the line and just tell me that is beyond me. Instead she left me on hold that entire time just waiting. Like WTH!!! Like I don't have better things to be doing! I was very nice and told her that I didn't understand what she was saying... and why didn't she just tell me they had left for the day. I got a snarky response and I told her she didn't need to be so rude. She then hung up on me. I have the entire phone conversation recorded and WILL be making a proper complaint. She shouldn't be working there if she can't control her sharp tongue- because some of us... me included... will snap back. I seriously refuse to be talked to the way she did to me and I feel bad for the patients she deals with that don't or can't stick up for themselves. VERY unprofessional. 0 stars for her.Emily Reeder is my doctor. She's truly one of the best doctor's I've had and have been seeing her for years. I've never had issues with any staff there but this is now the second time I've had a bad interaction with this Jackland chick. She's monotone when she speaks so I'm not sure if that's even her name because I can barely understand her. I understand they're short staffed and overworked. But that's NO excuse to treat a patient so disrespectfully. If this can be resolved and I know she's been spoken to about it, I'll change my review. But at this point, I'm close to changing doctors just to escape this foul woman if this facility ignores the seemingly obvious issue with her. I've dealt with her bad attitude 1 too many times. It's not ok to leave patient's feeling like they don't even matter.

Would give zero stars if I could.*Don't believe their recorded message about "trying to hire new providers", its been playing that message for like 3 years now and they have less providers than they ever did.*I was met with distain and outright hostility when I would refuse to be weighed, like my refusal was some sort of personal attack.*One time I happened to go in for a birth control injection when my providers assistant wasn't available, and had to be assisted by a very snotty, judgmental PA who took one look at me as a fat person, decided she was a doctor and tried to warn me off the birth control because it causes weight gain. You are not my doctor, so maybe you should let her worry about that.*It took WEEKS to get someone to give me the results of an ultrasound. I was told I would "get a call", but instead got a message through their portal from a completely different provider than the one I see. Why would another provider randomly decide to weigh in on someone else's patient?*I have to explain to the front desk every time I go in (every 3 months or so) how my self-pay works because it's always someone "new" who's "never done that before" and "it's not in your chart". I've been going to this office for over three years, how can it not be in my chart, and how can you not look at how they did it the last time I was here??*The final nail in the proverbial coffin was when I found out in March that my provider would be leaving to go to another practice this summer. She said they were trying to reassign some of her patients, and that I should wait a month or so and then call the front desk and they could probably let me know if I'd been reassigned. When I called a month later, big surprise, no one can tell me anything. I called multiple times a month over the next several months, all with the same result: either no one knows anything or "someone will call you". Nope...never got a single call. Mid July, I called to make a routine appointment, and the front desk asked me if anyone had told me that I wasn't going to get reassigned. My provider had already left at this point. Thankfully I was able to get in for this last routine appointment, or I would have been screwed. I was left hanging for MONTHS with no answer. Now I have to doctor shop and hope my medications last until I can find a new one. Then, to top it all off, I received a letter from them dated just a few days after that routine appointment, informing me that my provider had left the practice a MONTH prior to the letter being sent, and that they will no longer be able to see me as a patient. A month after she's gone is when you finally decide to communicate to me that I don't have a doctor??I put up with this office because they were cheap, but it was SOOOO not worth it. If you're looking to get judged, evaded, side-stepped, ignored and rushed out the door, then this is the office for you.--

I so appreciate Dr. G Gott and her staff. It is so nice to be heard by a physician and they went above and beyond to get me in a month before my scheduled appointment. Issues arose and I was kept informed through out.

Update: I lost my emotional support anima, because my past PCP refused to return calls to verify the letter written. Which is legal for businesses to do, due to people falsifying these letters.-0000 stars. How can an office call in prescriptions & not include the milligrams, or not include the quantity or the diagnosis code? How can a prescription that Dr says is pertinent to start immediately, not get sent to pharmacy for over a week? Or a very much needed med not get called in same day? It should not take six+ months to get an order for a test to the correct office. I am not an 8 year old who doesn't know their body, so stop treating us like we are stepping on your toes, because we patients are forced to Google our symptoms to get a CORRECT diagnosis. When someone has years of chronic pain, don't expect it to not affect our mood when you do nothing, or you do the very minimum & just want to push pills that do not work. Especially if pain is from varifiable injuries & is NOT all in our heads. You need to keep up with new guidelines for treating chronic pain patients instead of telling people to take ibuprofen. Focus on diagnosing, determining what is causing the problem, or offer supplements to correct our conditions, instead of pushing prescriptions that do more harm than good. Stop covering up the symptoms, focus on holistic methods. All these Dr's should lose their licenses.

Dr Wendy and her staff are wonderful, but unfortunately, she will be leaving soon, giving me no reason to want to stay, when the rest of the staff treats people condescendingly and rude, denying people service when late for an urgent need, due to reasons outside their control. With Dr Wendy leaving, would not recommend.

Former patient not returning due to poor service, rude front office staff, poor or no follow-up, questionable items in provider's bill to health insurance company, and more. If possible, I'd give zero stars and then award five actual demerits to the non-medical staff - especially those who eventually answer the phone (or just don't, with long hold times ending in calls disconnected at their end). Non-medical staff attitudes included being unhelpful, condescending, and dismissive. Not sorry for refusing to accept this behavior.

When a doctor leaves, this practice is totally okay with reassignment to a random new doctor AND location. A new doctor I get but it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to assign someone to a city they don't live in AND after numerous pleas to be assigned back to the original office due to anxiety and travel issues. Thanks for nothing.
