Stopped in there to buy a few items and the restroom was out of order and the girl said that they don’t pay her enough to clean up after the people making messes in there. I put my items back because I’m going to have to go to another store to use the restroom. I will buy from the store that has access to a restaurant for its customers.

Whoever owns this particular station somehow believes they have power over people.I went in to buy a can of chew and they asked to scan my liscense.You're not going to ever catch me doing that.You also won't ever catch me using that station again.

They haven't had diesel for months but they keep showing you very good price for it on their sign.

One employee to run the pumps and store! The employee said "I have to take care of the pumps"! Really? 15 minute wait, in the store! And still nobody to ring me up! I'm not going to stop there ever again!

I usually only come here for gas, but I prefer this place to the other two gas stations because of the speed of service, and the attitude of the staff who get the gas for me. The place can be a pain to get in and out of, but there is usually never a line to wait in, and I'm in and out within a few minutes. They store has limited offerings, but is clean and sanitary.

Service was excellent. I was running late for a wedding. Attendant pumped my gas and got me out quick. Made it to wedding just in time. We will buy future gas from here. Thanks.

This review is directed towards the 58th & Main St. location in Springfield. I RARELY leave reviews unless I have a negative experience but I felt this employee should be recognized. The night attendant (younger gentleman currently working at 9:50pm on October 19, 2019) is hands down the best customer service representative I have ever experienced. I have been helped by him on multiple occasions and never once did he greet me without a huge smile and the upmost respect. He is an extremely valuable employee, one that brings customers back. He and his family should be very very proud. It's difficult to find these traits now days!

Be careful to check the fuel prices on the signs and compare them with the pumps here. Was overcharged $10.00 and was told to come back when the manager was working to receive a refund. Spoke to the manager "Garron" who refused to honor the refund. Atrocious customer service. False advertising. Corporate doesn't respond to emails. I will never shop at a Buy 2 again.

They put regular in a diesel, then was such a hassle to get everything worked out and still didn’t have the courtesy to fill the tank we barely got the 25 gallons that was in it before they put regular in it, after 2 hours of sitting at shell, then 2 hours at the shop! Wasted my day!
