Super helpful and friendly service, Kyle is almost always who I deal with and is superbly kind and very informative. Nanci and Nick have also been great to work with in the past, thank you guys for making any transactions ranging large to small seamless.

We have been customers of Selco for many years. Not sure what is going on but the ATMs in Springfield ( Main Street and Marcola Road ) never have any money. This last weekend I needed some cash and AGAIN neither had any money. Today my wife tried cashing a check at Marcola and wanted a little money back, but guess what no money. So she drove through the drive up and guess what they were out of change and some denominatons of bills. I happen to see the armored car servicing the ATM earlier this week. Maybe it's time to move to a credit union that takes better care of their customers. I did send an email about last week and got no response, so here we are.

I've been with Selco for over 10 years and I've never had a problem with them. Extremely convenient locations, a friendly and professional staff and I've never been cheated out of my money, unlike other Banks and credit unions. I recommend Selco to everyone!?

went in to get some info on bonds as I am basically 100% clueless. Alex was happy to help me; he walked me through options & told me what they were worth. I love a quick, friendly experience and that’s what I got.

Used to be a good place. Used to get your direct deposit’s in your account a day or two before and used to be more on top of things when it comes to your transactions. Not as efficient as they used to be unfortunately.

Went in to open up a checking account, the two people I came in contact with were very creepy.Which is ok, the second I walked through the door I got extremely bad vibe. Glad my money won't be there.

Just went to Main Street in Springfield branch to get my rent money order. I've been doing this for years. So I make my deposit and ask for a $920.00 money order as always...don't even think to check it since I've never had a problem before. Turns out the young lady made it for$940.00 instead...might not be a big deal to some but that was most of our food money for the rest of the week...suggestion??Have a talk with your tellers to start listening better.

SELCO is a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, they are one of the better credit unions I have banked with, and I have had accounts at NWCU, OCCU, and other local credit unions. Their customer experience is nice, their policies are reasonable, and they took more covid precautions than any other credit union I work with, which I deeply appreciate. You could perform literally anything account-related at the drive-through instead of having to go into the branch. Way to go SELCO! However, I unfortunately am cancelling my account due to a issue which is that after a recent upgrade to their system, you can no longer connect to your account using PLAID. I tried working with their support on this, but was essentially told that they are aware of this issue and have no intent on fixing it. So if you use any apps like YNAB or the hundreds of other apps that use PLAID to sync with your bank account, you won't be able to use them with your SELCO account. All my other credit union accounts work just fine, this is an issue with SELCO specifically.

I joined Selco Community Credit Union when they financed my new car. This was in 2004 and I have been a happy customer ever since. I have never had a single problem with Selco; the employees are always helpful and friendly and very efficient.
