Each time I have to get on the phone & talk to a human at the bank, I am more impressed with the service. Every representative I've dealt with is extremely helpful, patient, & knowledgeable to my issue. If they don't know the answer themselves, they will find out & inform you of the results. I couldn't be happier about my experience with Selco Comm. Credit Union. Keep up the GREAT work!!!?? ?

DON'T USE THE ATM!! I tried to deposit money and it said to enter an estimate after it made weird noises. Now it's not in my bank and I have to file a dispute. My money is now in limbo! At least put out of order on it.

Every time I come here to get quarters on Saturday they tell me they can't help me. Which is crazy because OnPoint in Fred Meyers off of q Street always has quarters for me and I'm not even their member. The teller just told me there's other locations open and I told her no they're all closed. Come to look on Google no they're all closed. I shouldn't feel like a second class citizen just because I want to do my laundry on the weekend. I can never get to the bank because of the inconvenient workday hours. However your Saturday location (the only one that's open) has absolutely no customer service. I wonder why you guys even have this open on Saturday if you can't even afford to supply quarters there. On other separate issues it takes them 2 days past the time my check clears from my employer for them to put the funds in my account. When I called about this why it takes so long, mind you it didn't in the beginning. They blamed it on my employer. I was able to go back to human resources with my statement and see what was the problem. And the problem is it turns out celco puts this through to a third party who has to hold it and then clear it.Turns out there's other banks with better customer service and can actually support their monetary supply.Do yourself a favor and don't go to this bank!

Best Bank in the area by far! Cranky people shouldn't leave negative reviews. Karma!

I have been with selco for 9yr. During that time i have had numerous (10-15) occasions when my account has been deactivated because their telephone teller service was being hit with incorrect passcodes from someone with a similar account. Today i went to one location and the atm was closed, i went to another and the atm stole my card and then said it was closed. Someone walked out of the closed bank and i asked if they worked there and i explained what happened. I have a 5dollar balance and need to get my paycheck deposited. He said he/they could not help. The phone team was no more helpful abd told me to wait until tomorrow. Only after i said i was not going to leave my card in the machine did she say "oh ican deactivate your card". I will be moving my account to another credit union. This is the 3rd time a machine has taken my card, additionally shops all over town have had problems getting the cards to read, and that this is common for selco cards.

I live in Bend, OR. I applied online for a home mortgage with SELCO Community Credit Union. I received an acknowledgement of receipt of my application from a mortgage officer at the Springfield, OR office. Then I heard nothing more about my application. Two weeks later I wrote back to them to find out the reason for the delay. I did not get a response to that email message. Are you kidding? Unbelievable! I ended up getting my home loan from Wells Fargo where I received absolute top notch customer service from the beginning of the process to closing. I am appalled at the lack of customer service at SELCO.
