They always greet you at the door. Always a friendly vibe when you walk in and when you leave. I must say the diversity of items has decreased and the demographic seems as though they are catering specifically to anglosaxon/white Midwestern women in their early 20s lol. I miss the old Ross that catered to everyone and was all inclusive.

There's not enough room to move around in that store. Not to mention the selection has been garbage recently. And there is not enough people working the register. The line was like 14 people long. Won't go back.

Wendy the cashier is so nasty every time I come into Ross. This is my 2nd encounter and she is borderline abusive with customers and obviously hates her job. She will also double charge you if you don’t notice. Disgusting customer service.
