I've been a proud member for several years now and I can't say enough about their experience and integrity. They are indeed "Big enough to serve and small enough to care." But don't just take my word for it. Give them an opportunity to show you.

This credit union is by far the best place to do your banking at. I have been with them for over a decade .They really help you out with loans and work with you on managing your accounts .I highly recommend RGFCU to everyone .

I had been looking for a new bank recently, as I wanted to get away from our current bank and the fact a family member had access to them. So I thought just straight moving banks was a good plan. Plus, this credit union is small, locally owned/operated. I had text my husband's manager about it, asking her opinion of the credit union, as well as my buddy, Matt. Both had good things to say. My husband and I went in, and started our account. We actually had Carolyn helping us, the CEO. I was kind of shocked when I found this out, because normally people with that title don't come and help little people, or do basic jobs. Many see it as being beneath them. She didn't, she was nothing but warm and welcoming, and informative. I was very impressed. I love the fact this is a small bank. It's locally owned and operated. In my opinion, you can't go wrong there. It's small enough that they get to know you, your name, your face. They are more likely to help than a bigger bank, with like loans and things like that. They gave my buddy a loan, and he is a 20 year old kid, with very little credit. Not bad credit, just non-existent. Carolyn had asked us who referred us to the credit union, we told her my husband's manager and her name. She instantly knew who we were talking about, and spoke highly of her. How many CEO's know a manager's name and speak highly of them? It's literally that small of a bank, that they know their customers. I would highly recommend this credit union. If you are a Register-Guard employee, this is an excellent bank. When looking at their website, there are a couple other businesses in town that if you are employed by, you can join this credit union as well. It is definitely worth a visit to their website to see if your company is part of their network. Review 132 of 2017.

Poor service, unable to supply professional and efficient banking services. Would not recommend.
