Staff is friendly, easy to find a machine to work out on.

I thought this was a decent Planet Fitness... Until I worked out at some of the other locations. No hammer strength. Bad layout. Way too many elliptical machines taking up space. And getting rid of the TVs was a huge mistake. I'll be switching to Crunch Fitness when it opens.

Good gym. Would be a great gym if they extended the hours and had a suana.

Good gym. No sauna, no steam room but still solid with tons of exercise equipment.

This place is mostly run by people who don't exercise... The layout isn't great. The decision to remove the overhead TVs in favor of cardio machines with TVs (that often don't work) 2" from your face was horrendous. I go to the gym to get AWAY from a screen directly in front of my face. And if the TV's not working, the only thing you can see in the entire gym is a close-up reflection of your face. Ridiculous. What if there's something I want to check out in-between my weight sets? Can't do it now. Also really bad customer service (and I know because I used to manage gyms). Their website advertises one free day pass for anyone who downloads the app and wants to try the gym for a day. But when my teenage daughter and her friend downloaded the app and went to try it out for 30 minutes to see if they liked it, they were rudely told that the Springfield location doesn't honor that one day pass promotion. Well guess what? They won't be back... And I'll be canceling my membership soon because of that. There's better ways to treat (potential) customers.

Great gym they are always cleaning. One of the things I love about it. Never to many people. And the perfect place at the perfect price.

Mid gym, mediocre place to work. I worked here for a bit in 2021 and was harassed CONSTANTLY. The manager does not care at all about the well-being of the staff/ neither does corporate. One day, a gym goer who had been following me around asked me unprompted “which family member’s death would make you the saddest?” I constantly felt watched while working, and they state “ it’s a no judgement zone” when in fact there’s a comment box on every gym goer where staff write gossip.

Love planet fitness when I go. I like that there aren't roid raged people in there being territorial over a workout station like other gyms. Super cool spot to work out.

Never had an issue with this gym. They have everything an average person needs out of a gym to get a good workout. It’s clean. Staff is friendly. It could use another smith machine because three is not enough, in my opinion.

Nice clean gym very convenient location. But needs to add more different gym equipment and has too many cycle machines. And sometimes gets too crowded.

Really enjoyed going to this fitness place till I over heard the workers making fun of a homeless man outside. Lost total respect for those workers. All because someone is homeless makes then no less of a person! Thought this was a judgement free zone..

The massage chairs are great. The equipment could use some maintenance. It is always dusty and some of the equipment has snags on the weights which makes it kind of annoying when you are trying to workout. It is a bit crowded at times as well but that is probably a good thing for the company. A lot of grunting and loud people are there being "lunks" which they disapprove of but the staff never really intervene when they are being obnoxious. Oh well. Keep your headphones in and your head down I guess.

It's a nice gym, but the volume of the music in the building and locker room is over 70bp.They said that you need to use headphones for your music device. But you have to turn it up so much to drown out their music. Then you have the other people who are working out with friends trying to talk over their music.. Just turn the building music down to where it should be for a public building..
