My daughter brought in via medics only to be left in the waiting room in excruciating pain. While inquiring about when she would be placed in a room, I was advised that she would be checked in the waiting room. I wasn’t sure I heard them correctly as she brought in via aid care. Horrible service and care. Tried to give them her insurance number and was advised that they do not take ID numbers at this extension and hung up. This place should be shut down immediately. I work in a hospital and could not imagine treating a patient with such disregard and abuse

Friend was brought into ER with severe abdominal painApparently the registration staff found it funny and started to laugh about it with the EMTs. I use to like this hospital, however the more time I spend here the ruder and more condescending the staff becomes. The medical staff for the most part are kind and caring. The support staff are not. The security should remember they are security

I must say I've never had such a poor experience as the one I had in this hospital. I had a shoulder replaced. I have an allergy which I told every person who spoke with me prior to surgery. I even brought in supplies to allow for my care. It was ignored and thankfully the reaction wasn't life threatening. I didn't receive my medication properly, even though it is a live and death necessity.

(As left on Yelp as well...)I would give a multiple, negative star rating, if that were possible. An absolutely abysmal 6 HOUR EXPERIENCE at the ER.The concept of "healthcare" is completely lost on the people we came into contact with here. I (literally) could not even get a simple ice pack or cold compress from the medical staff on hand. I had to scrounge a "barf bag" myself from an adjacent lobby, and go up 2 floors to the "cafe" and fill it with ice from the soda machine! Incredible!Terse, dismissive, condescending, and unhelpful are the operative words I would use to describe the staff, their attitude, and their general disposition. These people have NO BUSINESS being in the "healthcare" profession. They practice neither health nor care to any demonstrable degree.Their posted Mission, Vision, and Value Statement declares the following... "We carry on the healing mission of Jesus Christ by promoting personal and community health, relieving pain and suffering, and treating each person in a loving and caring way."I don't believe what people say... I believe what people DO. And shamefully, these people did nothing. They are falling PAINFULLY short of the healing mission of Jesus.Never again for me, and I recommend avoiding the place if you at all value any portion of your physical or mental well-being, or that of a loved one.

Went to emergency room and they checked us in. An hour later when the pain level had increased went up and told the person taking vitals and asked about how long they told me 2-3 hours isn’t abnormal. We drove to Corvallis emergency room and got right in. If I could leave zero stars I would!!! We waited over an hour and it wasn’t for a sprained anything it was serious!!

Visited the ER with 17 YO with new onset seizures and I have to say the care was amazing. Everyone we met from the front desk to the RNs, CT, and physicians were fast, kind, thorough and truly left us parents confident in his care. It felt like a well organized and caring team and we are incredibly grateful.

What a truly miserable experience. Mine echos the other reviews here: unnecessarily long wait times, no help in terms of pain relief while waiting, and no answers on what's wrong. When I arrived, there was a poor woman throwing up violently in the lobby. When I left four hours later, she was still there, in the lobby, with no privacy, vomiting, and waiting for help. All I ended up getting was a shot for pain, which didn't do anything, and a lidocaine patch. Complete waste of time.

Had my babys surgery today, before he went in I they said we could give him a stuffed animal, so I gave him a blue teddy bear I got from his aunt. They wheeled him away. The surgery went well and my boy is healthy and recovering. But the staff seem to have lost my sons teddy bear and when I call I get bounced to many different departments. I understand it's just a bear but it's my 14 month old babys best friend and if I get this animal back I would gladly change this to a 5 star rating but as it stands I'm sorry.

There are several nice security guards on the mother baby/NICU floor. But one in particular is a complete jerk. Won’t let you in to see baby without argument and told my husband that he couldn’t watch a Duck game in tv because there is no remote. I can see the remote. Poor new grandpa is patiently waiting but let’s torture him while he does!

Horrible experience overall. The first few nights in the I c u were good. The second two were horrible. Constant wake ups and very rude medical staff. More to post later

These guys are rockstars. I was transferred to ICU from University ER, they had a bed ready for me within a few hours and every staff member was attentive and kind throughout my entire stay. I have never been hospitalized before but they made the whole experience easy and comfortable. Can’t thank these guys enough for their incredible care.

I have nothing but good things to say about this place. I’ve been here for almost a week now from being induced, having a c section and a baby briefly in the Nicu. I’m so thankful I delivered here! I’ve had a rough go and the nurses here and any staff member in general that I’ve come in contact with have been nothing short of amazing. I’ve felt so seen and heard and taken care of, despite having such a rough experience with everything I’ve gone through. They’ve gone above and beyond! I know it’s their job to care for people but I feel like they’ve done so much more. They’ve taught me so much and have made me feel better in so many ways, mentally and physically. (Also, The food was even good for hospital food. My parents who visited me said they even enjoyed sitting outside and in the lobby and said it was so calm)Feeling very blessed. I wish I could thank everyone I came in contact with individually. Thank you to all the staff working on the 5th floor the world needs more people like all of you!

My friend was in a pretty decent amount of pain waiting 6 hours to be seen for them to just put numbing cream in his eye. Witnessed nurses be right down next to verbally abusive towards a women in a wheelchair when she wanted to leave they told her “well push you to the parking lot but no one is helping you into your car.” She sat outside for 3 hours. Staff here don’t care about you. The ladies at the desk think it’s funny when people come limping in and crying in pain. The doctors treat you like you’re a burden. I’ve left this hospital 2 times to seek out medical help somewhere else. This is a place to send people to die. These are not humans but absolute monsters that should not be anywhere near a hospital. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.

Most of staff are cordial. Some are just rude. And wear their judgement on their face. I am a frequent flier as of late and have been exiled to the waiting room. I thought hospitals had to meet certain standards concerning patients and wait times. If you can go to university or anywhere else. I am about to go unconscious from breathing issues and high blood pressure. Stay away from this sinking ship. Their should be a law against this type of citation. Our wonderful healthcare system works for the r8ch and not the poor. Someone wealthy gets seen immediately. Someone poor gets the shaft. What they call triage I can only describe as get vitals then toss them all in a waiting area, then chat with coworkers for a few hours. These are all real time observations, come on down see for your self .

I had lots of problems with all the staff. They will continue to look the other way always. Then send a political apology to save face. I went to the Oregon state board of nursing with mistreatment. Hear no evil see no evil. They don't care. The sickest part of their treatment process is using God to pretend they careTerrible people. Tried getting help. Then said no open spots. Lied because someone I know got in same day I was. Bad people. The doctors violate the hippocratic oath with nurses and abuse of patients
