The nurses ,and doctors at Riverbend Peace health, Medical Center have helped me so much in the last three years. I have been there several times because of my breathing ,and other times for odds and ends type, medical concerns. They are just wonderful. The nurses are totally helpful ,and awesome. They work so hard to make sure you’re comfortable, even through the time when I was in there where we couldn’t have visitors. They tried to make me feel at home. The doctors are great. They saved my life once, I am forever in all their debt . GOD BLESS THEM.

This place is a total abomination and a huge insult to the medical community! I was taken there despite my repeated requests to go to McKenzie-Willamette. Pretty safe to say the staff couldn't care less about the patients and more on their paychecks. When I was discharged I adamantly told them I wanted to go to Green Valley for rehab, but fell on deaf ears and was taken to the slaughterhouse (their Rehab in an abandoned hospital) where the atrocious care was worsened and the lies multiplied. Whoever is in charged of hiring doesn't belong there. My mother died at Peacehealth as well as my wife's mother, both with suspicious details about their care and their "doctors". I know you'll read this Peachealth, so I don't want the standard apology song and dance, it's getting old and tired. I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit due to the medication they prescribed which caused my leukemia

My wife gave birth at Riverbend and the staff made this process so awesome. Great nurses, kind doctors and even picked up a few dad jokes from the security guys. We were both very pleased with our visit and would recommend their birthing unit to anyone looking.

We have come here several times and each time it had a very unwelcoming vibe. This time we were suppose to get an MRI Stat, but they didn’t get the order as a stat. Rather then looking into it they said we would get a call in a week to put us on the schedule. No effort, no concern, never returning

The hospital as a whole has been very helpful and I highly recommend, but please do not see dr. Woolhiser in neurology!!! I have been having severe neurological issues and despite an MRI clearly showing damage he believes I'm perfectly fine and refuses to look into it further. My pupils have been extremely dialated and my heart is damaged showing signs of a stroke but he does not care. He will not listen to anything you have to say and will make you feel like you do not matter at all. He is also very uneducated and provides a lot of misinformation. If you care about yourself please see a different neurologist

Went to the emergency room for an emergency and ended up sitting waiting for 9+ hours and never got helped. This was the worst hospital experience I’ve ever had in my life what a joke. The doctors here should be ashamed I shouldn’t have to sit through a full day just to get a ? 10 minute check up

Such a shame that a beautiful building goes wasted, you can't really call in because the receptionist do not listen to you. They do not want to understand what it is you need, and they will just kind of swing you around to any department just so they don't have to talk to you

I came in with a gunshot wound and was out of the ER in under two hours. It felt like I had the whole hospital to myself, with staff taking care of me one after the other, never skipping a beat. I haven't seen a hospital operate this fast and efficiently ever. The care was incredible and on point. I can't thank you guys enough.

Beautiful campus, knowledgable doctors, but literally the worst designed hospital I've ever been to. The main buildings all have 4-5 stories yet only the first and 3rd floors are connected. Parking garage on the far side of the campus, so good luck finding anyplace you may need to be going. Pretty sure someone invented something called signs, be cool to have a few up to help people out. Anyone interested in getting to pediatrics for example, park in the garage, take the elevator down to the first level of the garage, go through doors away from the the elevator's that look like they are for hospital staff only, then find some other elevators and take them to the 4th floor , it's always dark up there, but assuming you found it, there are people working there. Getting out, I guess maybe do the opposite, hopefully you remember where your vehicle was.

These folks are amazing. My husband was treated by NP Emily Jaksich after suffering 2 strokes. We called around to Different neurologists, who were scheduling 3+ months out. They got us scheduled for 1 week out.Emily took the time to answer all of our questions, and showed genuine care and concern.

Neurology left me high and dry. I kept having a problem getting my prescriptions for migraines. They would never have any refills on my prescriptions and it would take days to more than a week to get them to send another to the pharmacy. It caused me to miss many days of work because I didn't have any medication. Multiple times I tried asking about this problem. I was ignored on the patient portal and my phone calls. I ended up having to get my primary Dr to take over my prescriptions so I could actually get them. They have never followed up with me on my complaints or any kind of checking in with me just as a patient. I think the last time I tried calling was in January. They just dropped me as patient without ever contacting me.

5.5 hour wait for emergency room.. how does that happen. And they tell you not to eat until provider sees you.. this needs to be fixed.

My dad is in the ICU. As of now I am thanking Riverbend for providing my dad with the care he REALLY needs right now.... THANK YOU PLEASE DONT STOP. If you wanted more info please look at my review on hillside heights. All I can say here is i want to sue.

If your seeking help go elsewhere. Waited all day to be told to come back tomorrow and take another blood and urine test. Absolutely unacceptable. Won't be coming back.
