We have owned mini storage facilities in the past. If we still did, we'd do everything we could to lure Susan to come manage it for us! She is a wonderful, knowledgeable, kind and helpful person; it was a delight to meet her and rent a unit from her. To Susan's boss: you are very fortunate to have Susan in your employ!

So far this place is amazing!! The one who runs the place is so helpful, courteous and respectful. You can't ask for a better place to store your stuff and know it'll be alright in their keeping!!

Manager Susan and her staff from initial contact met all the professional standards that I expect in business situations, all while being personable with genuine kindness.
The rental dynamics were outlined and answers to my questions were forthcoming.
I also appreciated the knowledgeable customer service.

Susan went out of her way to help me figure out my unit. I kept calling the customer service and they wouldn’t/couldn’t help but she worked with me! It’s those things that matter, I will stay here because of her!

I've kept storage units before. Usually the property is littered with trash and the units are unkempt. The units on Olympic are clean and painted. The manager, Susan, is always friendly and helpful. I'd recommend this location to everyone and anyone.
