We have bought from Michael's a few times. This time we got a very nice leather couch. Within 6 months, the fake leather on the arm started peeling. I understand most leather has fake leather, and I am mostly okay with that. But I sent a picture to their email, and when their repair guy showed up, he took a picture and left. They came and took pictures each time I called.... 3 times they came and took pictures and never contacted me back. I used to buy my furniture here. But it doesn't seem like they stand behind what they sell. What a bummer for us. I hope they do better for others. Michael's, please feel free to look me up and call me. But please don't send another repairman by for a photo shoot.

I have been a loyal customer for thirty years, I'm so disappointed in them. We ordered over $7,000 in living room furniture and trusted our salesman which was a big mistake. He knew we had a stereo receiver and we talked with him about the remote working through the cabinet. Well the receiver doesn't fit, not even close. Instead of good customer service "they are doing us a favor will take it back for 20% restocking fee". Are you kidding me that's how you treat loyal customers, well they lost this one. If you have any problems don't expect help just a charge. Just can't tell you how nice it is to have a TV cabinet and none of the tv components fit inside.Measure ,check your facts.

After many purchases in the past from Michael's my husband and I purchased two leather recliners from them. Our experiences had always been good and in fact we have pieces of their furniture still in our home. The chairs arrived with one being damaged and so we refused the delivery of that chair. No problem as Michael's quickly had another chair delivered---but it was not the same color. Even the delivery people noticed the difference immediately. Michael's solution was for us to just keep it and deal with it or they would repair the damaged chair (the damage was right in the front of the chair where it would always be noticed). We were not in favor of those solutions and Michael's just ghosted us! After 2 weeks of trying to get a resolution we only were made whole by filing a claim with our credit card company. Michael's has lost a long time customer and they don't care---so buyer be ware.

I bought a leather recliner, and a warranty 4 1/2 years ago. My chair broke down in December 2021and they have not fixed it. I will never buy from them again.

Very professional salesperson. Allowed us time to look around without interference yet when we had settled on the furniture we were interested in quickly checked it’s availability to confirm it was in stock. Also delivery was only a few days out.

Unfortunately I was given a used floor model after purchasing a new piece of furniture. M Jacob's acknowledged the error but refused to make a satisfactory correction to the error. Less than 10% off for a used and damaged piece of furniture. The salesperson tried hard to make it right, but it was obvious her hands were tried. So disappointing for a local company.

Bought a sofa, love seat and chair set. When it was delivered the deliverymen scratched a leg. I called and texted to see about getting a replacement. Three different texts and they still can't do anything. I've basically been ghosted. Never been so disappointed with any other customer service. Save your money and sanity and shop somewhere else. I'll go to Walmart next time.

If I could give a 0 I would but apparently google has its limits.Do not buy from them!!!They offer products they don’t have and then don’t call you back or deal with the problem.I do not recommend this company. We went in in March and bought a beautiful sectional and decided to add an extra console with usb charger and storage area. We were told that they were short on the original stock (missing the console that went to the couch we purchased) but that they would get us the missing piece plus the extra we ordered by around June not to mention they forgot 2 pieces of my couch they delivered so it had no back at the corner section and missing 1 recliner which they did drop off after a few hours … 8/3 called and talked to supervisor. No consoles to my leather couch still . Working on it shipping.. 10/26 called to talk to supervisor no response . 11/22 not available. I paid for my couch. When do I get the $400 worth of merchandise that I paid for in March?

Really nice selection of leather, starting at around 3k and going up to 10k+ for some of their living room sets. Considering competitors are looking for 2-4k for comparatively uncomfortable and cheap sets made of pleather/microfiber/cloth, the prices seem fairly reasonable.
